Hi , VeerJi I am posting This Here cos i know that the Punjabis/Sikhs are known to be Strong Men.So My issue is that I have weak left Hand . I know its weak when i try to punch against the wall/Hard surface . I have Delicate wrists but i know i have wiry strength . I had been training with Dumbbells for a long time,Then went on to Free hand strength programs like Squats,Pushups,Pullups,Burpees and what not .My left hand remains the same as before .Please Advise.

Be careful when u r buying HP Pavilion cos the one i have doesnt have long Battery life.It depletes in abt 2 Hours.But i am still happy with what I have. I am tired of feeling alone in a minority Having studied in a school with 9 Sikhs among a total of 2500 , 18 Sikhs in my college with 800 and a few chosen Sikhs who hardly ever said Sat sri akal to Sikhs whom they didnt study with at my ex-Employer .I am tired of feeling and being looked at differently .I hope I get my Own Country soon but whats the guarantee that the country will be governed well free of caste politics , corruption and a free hand rule of the people in power.
