  1. Thank You Simran Jee, the video is just blisfull, one feels one is at His feet, our beloved Wahiguru. Posts like this of yours above, enriches the atmosphere of bhakti as this was my intention with the contribution of all the sangat on this thread, to feel His presence, with this type of uplifiting posts. Stupids fail to recognize His Beant wadeeayee , thus bring in, me, mine, you, yours, they, and all else together..... and thus ever remain ignorant. When the fact is, only He Wahiguru is important, and Him only is what matters. All our attention and focus should be on Him, if we see anything else, that means, we are paying attention to the maya, the mother of ignorance. Thank you once again. Sat Sree Akal.
  2. Yes Simran Pen Jee, you are right what you have understood. But the guy above, just to call him something, is a lost case, he has some holes in his head, that is why he does not understand, or maybe he just does not want, which is worse. The holes in his head are due to: ahankar, fakeness, envy, so naturally anything poured into it, gets leaked out, and thus he remains as evil as his original nature. He gives big lectures like politicians, much noise, but no truth in it, only falsehood. So better he stays with his mouth shut, because every time he looks for confrontation, he only utters nonsense, just as in the recent past, before his real form was confirmed by a guest, then he kept quite for some weeks, but it seems nobody remembers his misbehavior, so he is slowly coming back, and trying to repeat his same evilness. It seems, he opens his mouth in the morning to brush, then instead to keep it closed, he just keeps it open and uttering nonsense... throughout the day, until going to bed. Well, the more he talks and raises his voice with his nonsense, the more he exposes his " I Q ", anyhow enough of him. Going back to you Simran pen Jee, you see, the topic of this thread is on Bhakti. But bhakti of whom? Of the only one Supreme Being Wahiguru Akal Purukh. Of course we are all beggars at His door, and it is that we all can at most do, but the thing is, what to ask fom Him. Of course, there is no doubt on Him being the most bountiful, but it all depends much on what we ask. You see, before we are even born, our destiny is written precisely up to the last detail we can ever imagine even, nothing is left just like that, and thus each and everyone of us gets, what is written on our forehead in terms of destiny.... The Bani says: Aapay beejeh aapay khae. At other instance the Bani says: Karmi avey kapra, nadir mokh dwaar. Many of us, take Him as the genie of Aladino´s lamps; or as some best magician, who waves his magic stick and does favors ... You see, if it was all that easy, why at all the law of karma then? What sense does it make? He Wahiguru, is not corrupted like our corrupted politicians, who make adjustments as per their wishes, and thus jump over those very laws. He is Dayalu, full of mercy, of bakshish, He can not withstand our pain and distress, and He can not go against His very Hukum, but for sure, He can bless us with inner strength and forbearance to face any situation, but that also, if we give ourselves to Him, and submit to His bhaana. No single breath less we get, not one more. No single penny more or less we get. So, if everything is written, is it wise to ask for anything else? That also, for fanah cheezah ...which definetley Wahiguru through His laws, will surely fulfill, but for that, we will have to take another birth...thus remain chained in the wheel of 84, and again having lost the opportunity of this present human birth for merging in Him. So according to Gurmat/Gurbani, Guru Sahibans always advise us to ask for Wahiguru from Wahiguru. Having Shenshah Sachay Patshah Wahiguru with us, what else will we ever need, or of what will we ever run short of? Of course of nothing, our desires are our main problem, and these desires will keep on arising like waves in us, as long as we do not have Him, no matter how hard we may try. Gurmat, wisely teaches us to remain in His bhaana or Hukum, because, then we may face any adversity due to our karmas, but remaining in His Bhaana, we will get the sufficient strength as His bakshish to face that situation gracefully. Fifth Patshahee is an clear living example for us, for while being the swaroop of Wahiguru, and having all that omnipotence, when He was tortured, He did not use anything to favor Himself, rather, He said: Tera bhaana meetha lagey. But most of us are so petty minded, that while having the Bani clear in front of us, we are so dumb and shortsighted, we fail to see the depth and the truth in it; and for that, the fault is only ours. Once agian Panchvee Patshahee in His Bani of Raag Maroo, gives us the right direction as per what to ask from our Father Wahiguru: maagnaa maagan neekaa har jas gur tay maagnaa. Begging, begging - it is noble to beg for the Lord's Praise from the Guru. He says: beg for the Lord´s praises, for that is what will take you to His Darbar. So we may ask, what is the begging for His praises? It is to beg for His glance of Daya Meher on us sinners, so that we may be able to do the Simran of His paviter Naam, of which the corrupted and polluted minds and hearts like ours, can never ever think of by ourselves. It is a pity, that some jealousy and ahankaree fools, prefer to put their empty points of view in the front, rather to listen His aparampaar mahima ... But that again is their problem, the rain falls the same for all, the stupid keep their buckets upside down, so naturally no water will enter into it, thus they die thirsty. Sat Sree Akal.
  3. Prayer / Bhajan Bandagee In prayers we usually put our worldly desires, we pray to Wahiguru when we need Him. In His bhajan bandagee, we just love him. In prayers we need Him yo satisfy our worldly ambitions. But in His Simran, we love Him, we merge into Him. We loose our petty fake identity and merge in Him. So His Simran, is far superior to any prayers. And there is another aspect in prayer. When we pray for worldy things, we show Him, that He does not know what we want. We show our lack of confidence in Him, that He does not know what we want, and we know better. In His bhajan bandagee, we give ourselves to Him, and like to be happy in whatever condition He keeps us in this creation, which on the other side, are our very own karmas, He is in no way to be blamed. Through His Simran, we are blessed with His love, and it is this love which makes us happy at all times and all places. No matter how many desires of ours are satisfied, the mind will keep on creating more desires after desires. There will be no end to them. On the contrary, if we learn to stay in His Hukum, through His bhajan bandagee,He will give us what we need most. If a son submits to and love his father, the father is always anxious to give to the son, even without asking him. But if he does not love his father and keeps on demanding from him, the father wants to get rid of him, and won´t like to give to him. So love is more essential. Bhajan bandagee, His Simran, is nothing, but creating that love, helping our love to become one with Him, and that is the only purpose of His Simran. Not for any worldly ambitions or desires, but wanting Him above anything, for the sake of wanting to love Him only. Sat Sree Akal.
  4. Welcome back Simran jee Thanks for the inspiring video above. This only confirms the inmensity of Wahiguru's Bakshish and Daya Meher... Sat Sree Akal.
  5. Dear guest, take this your present condition of being alone as a blessing in disguise. Whole world is trying to get out from maya and find a place of solace to try to meditate at His Lotus Feet, and you while being amidst the world, you have the perfect envoirements to do His bhakti. You are realizing the truth of our state in this world, that we have come alone and we shall go alone. We belong to none, and nobody is ours. Almost the whole world is entangled strongly with maya , thus struggling to detach from it. And you with His grace, are almost ready... Now tell the mind to shut up, enough of its nonsense, then firmly and faithfully dedicate yourself in His bhajan bandagee without wavering. The Bani says: Prabh ka Simran sabh tay oocha. So do His Simran regularly without fail, and gather this spiritual wealth of His Naam Simran, as much as you can, as it is the only wealth you can carry with you, and it is the only visa accepted in His Darbar, and it is the source of true happiness or bliss, cause no matter whatever else you may do, or are told to do. Because you are then not following any man made laws, but His Hukum, as per Bani, and the Bani of our Guru Sahibans is unique and the highest. So cheer up, and be thankful barambaar to Sachay Patshah Wahiguru Akal Purukh. The Bani says: Sukhmani, sukh Amrit Prabh Naam. His Naam, is the panacea for all our ills, and the unending fountain of permanent true happiness, throughout all yugas. Sat Sree Akal.
  6. You just forget about the thoughts, and only pay attention to your job during meditation, which is, His simran. Creating thoughts to distract us and prevent us from doing this real bhakti, is the job of the mind, but you too as a faithful sikh, cling on strongly to Guru Jee, no matter, what may come....because to subdue the mind is not in our hands at all, but in His power, His Daya Meher, His apaar Kirpa. And when He sees our determination to remain in His hukum, He just extends out His powerful arm and pulls us out from the gravity of mind and maya, and keeps us at His Lotus Feet. Sat Sree Akal.
  7. Sawarnaa Apne jism nu enna na sawaaro, O ta mitti wich hi miljana hae, Sawarnaa hae, to apni Rooh nu sawarao, kyoki us Rooh ne hee, Rabh de ghar jaana hae. Waheguru, Sat Sree Akal.
  8. Nehkeval Jee, in these 2 lines underlined above, and mentioned by you, lies the secret for our emancipation, and to get rid of all our sufferings. Thanks for pointing them so simply. God bless you. Sat Sree Akal.
  9. Sarab rog ka aukhad Nam. As long as we do not submit our haume and drink the Amrit of Nam, through its Simran and Dhyan, we can never ever become free from sufferings in the form of karam. Through Gurmat we have to arise above the spheres of karam, mind and maya, and with the aid of Shabad Guru drink the Amrit of Nam. For as the Bani says: Sur, Nar, Mun Jan, Amrit khojtay, so Amrit Gur te paaya. Sat Sree Akal.
  10. Sometimes I just get perplexed, as per how while being guests in this creation of Wahiguru, we make plans to make it a place as it is going to last forever, and moreover try to make it ours at all cost. From here on, start our problems of "moh" and "maya". We tend to easily forget, that Wahiguru has given us, this human birth, to only settle our karmic account with His bhakti once and forever, to become immaculate and pure as Himself, through Shabad Guru, and finally merge in Him. But no, in spite of our Guru Sahibans giving us true gyan, to discern Truth from untruth; but we as ungrateful guests, like to make ours by wanting to posses something, which first of all is not ours at all, and in that sense we are no less than foolish thugs or thieves. The creation is of Wahiguru, He is the only Malik, let Him do with it as He thinks fit. There is no doubt, He has that much wisdom. How to keep it or handle it, that is His outlook. What is ours then? Being happy wherever we are, due to our own karmas, that is to live in Hukum; and as per Gurmat, try to only make Him ours. Having Him with us, what else do we need? Such a pity, nobody talks of plans, of having the keen desire to find and become one with our Pyara Preetam Wahiguru Akal Purukh, but rather run after mayavee shadows which keep us prisoners in the chaurasee ka chakar, thus we remain as bikharees, as paupers always... That also, when our Sachay Patshah Akal Purukh, is the only true Emperor, and true is His kingdom Sach Khand, and true is His wealth of Naam... Sat Sree Akal.
  11. "Kis naal keejay dostee, Sabh jag chalan haar.... koor maya.........koor sabh sansaar" Ekas Wahiguru bin, sabh mithiya, sabh koor hae Sat Sree Akal
  12. Why the hell should we ever first of all watch this stupid video, and the homosexual main actor in it? It is utter rubbish. What goodness can ever this manmukh have, who does not even know the basics of spirituality. He dresses as a woman in order to devote himself to his deity Krishna. That also when the average people know that soul or atma and Paramatma God have no genders... It is sickening to see people who are mentally handicaped and are foolishly set out to give gyan to the world. If it depended on me, I would urgently admit him in a psychiatric hospital. And the worst thing to top his nonsense, he is criticizing and gossiping some incidents with sikhs. Salaa hijra...huh Sat Sree Akal.
  13. Dear harsimran jee, such a touching relate of yours, while reading it, it is like actually seeing it. First of all, congrats for being so brave and mature. Then, I do understand your father´s condition, if it is not too much, i would say your father needs a bit of love, to gain self confdence again. Give him a hug several times a day, make him feel, he is being loved...then you shall may see quite a bit of positive transformation in him. Love works wonders. Some times, some elders are children, and some times, some youngsters are mature...nobody is perfect. Man sometimes have to face, negative atmosphere at work, the bosses usually think, that by employing the employee, he /she has got a slave servant as well, not so much in the west, but quite predominant in our "hindustani" culture. They will pay a dollar for example, but will drink more than a litre of his/her blood....so disgusting, so irritating. Such a mean and a dirty mentality. Destiny has put a bit of weight on your shoulders at such a young age, but nevertheless, pray Wahiguru, to give you strength and courage,so that you may fulfill your duties decently towards both of your parents. Mothers are of course important, but fathers are also. I know a close friend, whose father passed away about 20 years ago, but yet, he misses him a lot...and he says that, he may turn 100 years some day, but even then, he will miss the warmth and the protective hand of his father over his head. Harsimran jee, that Wahiguru which you mention is in your father, is very much in each one of us also in the same measure. So if He can listen other´s ardas, why not yours? Of course we shall do ardas also, but, let us not forget, He does not keep Himself hidden, nor deaf for some ....He loves each one of us, much more we can ever imagine, it is our receptivity which counts in feeling His presence in us Just give Him a call full of love, He will surely listen to you and assist you. He is our only Rakhanhaar, our Palanhaar, our Sajjan, our Preetam.... And to call Him, it is no other thing, than doing His Simran. The Bani says: Vin boleeya sabh kich jaanda, kis aagay keejay ardas. May Wahiguru bless you and your family. Sat Sree Akal.
  14. Not necessarily. There are these good people, who do good as sewa being done, this means, without any selfish motives. They see the creation as a part of Wahiguru, and believe it, only when one is spotlessly good, can then one merge in the limitless Amrit Ocean, known as Wahiguru Akal Purukh. Sat Sree Akal.
  15. Sikhee can never die. Why? Because it is the Science of the soul, gifted by Wahiguru Akal Purukh Himself, to us jeevas. Sikhee is a perfect science as said before, for the soul, which if put into practice lovingly, diligently and faithfully, the result is, we get merged into Wahiguru, and become one with Him. Sikhee is not a fashion, or something like politics or any other man made subject, created by manmat, which will pass away.... No. Man has no reach by Himself to Wahiguru, on the contrary, we can say, Sikhee is a precious treasure beyond measure, as valuable as Wahiguru Himself, thus it can never die... and it is through Sikhee, that one can meet eye to eye with our beloved Wahiguru. If some ignorant fools, turn away their faces from the Sun, and prefer darkness, that does not mean, the Sun and the sunshine are being faded away. If we question Sikhee, it only shows, how ignorant we are. Such a pity, being born into sikhee and still we do not profit ourselves Sat Sree Akal.

    Black Magic

Pen Jee, have you ever gone to a doctor for a check up? Have you had your blood or urine tested? Maybe there is some vitamin or mineral deficency.... In bad moments, everything seems quite obscure ..... Somehow you seem abandoned, alone, so keep the company of good friends and family members, especially in these moments just to aid you. Bad moments if shared also, they become lighter .... Apart from trying to lead a healthy life, like doing some exercises, walks, pranayam ...fruits.....do as the brothers above have advised. That is like for example, chanting Wahiguru Simran for quite a good time, To start with, do it for 10 or 15 minutes, then increase it graduallly. But never ever leave this anchor of Naam. Cause as the Bani says: with His Simran, even the mighty Kal, dares not come near that soul. So what to say about his subordinates, the bhoots. Best wishes sister, if not other, keep in touch with us here. Sat Sree Akal.
  17. I think more than to blame hindus or hinduism, it is more our fault by unconscioussly trying to imbibe their practices though on a subtle level. But all that happens, because we are a failure by ourselves in Sikhee. Guru jee tells us in simple and plain words the essence of spirituality, which is Ik Oankar Satgur Parsad jap. As simple as that much needed, to become with our objective none other than Wahiguru. But no, that is not enough...we too, must do or have something as particularly ours, so that we have a dharam within those parameters, though differentiated, just as hinduism, islam, christianism and so on... As Guru Jee says in the Bani, the highest religion, is the repetition of His Name We think, as long as we are here, we too must have an independent religious identity...and as we enter deeper and deeper in the mayavee creation, we naturally go farther and farther from the basic teachings of our beloved Guru Sahibans. Sikhee is perfect by itself, there is no doubt in it, it is only people like to play the role of Guru Jee, when the fact is they neither have the cspacity nor that purity...so naturally agyanta is the result., and morover, we give it a spicy touch of politics Nobody is interested in the pearls, diamonds, and gems in the depth of Gurmat. They are mostly just satisfied with the outer aspects of Sikhee, thus waste the precious human life after mere shadows, rather than to pay attention to the Amrit Bani. Giving importance to the external aspects, we are bound as prisoners here, while doing the Bhakti alone of Wahiguru as instructed by our Guru Sahibans...Bhagat janas, we attain Wahiguru, as Wahiguru alone should the sole objective of us, as Sikhs, as human beings... But as long Wahiguru wishes, and keeps sending us moorakhs, His, Gurmukh janas, to awaken us in the reality of Gurmat, Sikhee can never die ....... Because otherwise we shall loose all hope of mukti.... and definetely, that is not Wahiguru,s wish... so cheer up, there is a ray of hope for us always. It is for us to hold on the anchor of His Naam, or, keep rolling in the unendable cycle of births and deaths. Sat Sree Akal.
  18. Dear wahegurubhagatsingh, Sat sree Akal, from your post you seem to be quite young, and a truthful and a brave person, which are praiseworthy noble virtues, keep them up, they will help you a lot during your life. Your post has two sections. one is swarthee or worldly, for which i would definetely suggest you to apart from asking here in the forum, ask your parents for guidance, as they are your best well wishers after Wahiguru. And they are not our well wsihers only when we are young, but for throughout our lives. The second one is parmarathee, and the hukumnama you have presented, is indeed, the essence of Gurmat, let us see a bit about it: Serving the True Guru, the divine melody wells up within, and one is blessed with wisdom and salvation. So here what is that serving the True Guru? Serving the True Guru means, doing the sewa, the bhakti of the true Guru. And as we know, the True Guru is the formless Wahiguru in his Shabad or Nam swaroop. So how do we serve this Shabad Guru? Of course, it is not possible physically, but by our chit, which is same in nature as Shabad Dhun, and this is achieved by doing His Simran alone. The True Name of the Lord comes to abide in the mind, and through the Name, one merges in the Name. This is true also, as Third Patsahhee tells us in His paviter Bani of Anand Sahib: Nam jinke man vaseeya, vaajeh Shabad ganere. If we firmly establish the Nam Simran within us, we shall listen to the Gurbani, the Shabad Dhun, the Nam within us, which is reverbearing within us all the 24 hours non stop. This is the Bani, the Amrit of which Gurbani talks about in the begining of Asa kee War. Which by listening to it, or we can say thus drinking it, through the hearing sense of our soul, that we become immortal and never again come into a mother´s womb. Without the True Guru, the whole world is insane. The True Guru is the Bani, the Shabad, which is within us, which guides us and which by boarding onto it, by its simran, we are carried by It, and thus reach our heavenly abode of Sach Khand. withiut ths understanding of the Bani, we are just as good as ritualistics, fanatic orthodoxs ...thus blinded by our manmaat, bexcuse we do not follow Gurmat, but rather, what we are mistakenly told to what Sikhee is about ..... Not by our wise Guru Sahibans, but by fellow moorakh people like us.... But one who becomes Gurmukh comes to realize the fourth state of celestial bliss; he finds peace through the Name of the Lord O Nanak, through the Lord's Name, one is emancipated; through the Shabad, he is rid of egotism. Here Guru Jee is telling us, that we become Gurmukhs in true sense, by the jap of His Nam, and thus reach the plane of Supreme and permanent Bliss, and being free from the cycle of births and deaths forever. Then also our hankar and all the other 4 vikaars get dissolved, with the power of Nam. God bless you. Sat Sree Akal.
  19. To whomsoever you are, Sat Sree Akal. I am going to answer you at the best of my humble ability in your post:
  20. Inspirational thoughts One Step At A Time..! Take Your Path One Step At A Time . Life's Circumstances Are Not Always What You May Wish Them To Be. The Pattern Of Life Does Not Necessarily Go As You Planned Beyond Any Understanding, You May At Times Be Led In Different Directions That You Never Imagined, Dreamed,Or Designed. Yet If You Had Never Put Any Effort Into Choosing A Path, Or Tried To Carry Out Your Dream, Then Perhaps You Would Have No Direction At All. Rather Than Wondering About Or Questioning The Direction Your Life Has Ttaken, Accept The Fact That There Is A Path Before You Now. Shake Off The ''Why's'' And ''What If's'', And Rid Yourself Of Confusion. Whatever Was - Is In The Past. Whatever Is - Is What's Important. The Past Is A Brief Reflection. The Future Is Yet To Be Realized. Today Is Here. Walk Your Path One Step At A Time . With Courage, Faith And Determination. Keep Your Head Up, And Cast Your Dreams To The Stars. Soon Your Steps Will Become Firm And Your Footing Will Be Solid Again. A Path That You Never Imagined Will Become The Most Comfortable Direction You Could Ever Hoped To Have followed. Keep Your Belief In Yourself And Walk Into Your New Journey. You Will Find It Magnificent, Spectacular, And Beyond Your Wildest Imaginings.
  21. Some praises of Guru Arjun Dev Maharaj, sung by a sewadarnee, which are very dear and sweet in hearing, that much, that one feels like keeping on listening them without any stop. Such is the power in the mahima of Guru Sahiban, that one forgets everything, and a keen desire arises in our hearts of remaining at His Lotus Feet at all times... Sat Sree Akal.
  22. An interesting explanation of Mool Mantar by Anandmurtee sewadarnee. It makes one feel so good, listening someone singing His praises, His aparmpaar mahima! Sat Sree Akal.
  23. Frankly speaking, brother Jacfsing2 has put a very good question above as per what is the alternative to dating. Perhaps some 40 or 50 years back, I would be asking the same question; but thanks to His grace, today I would say, do not stop dating, rather just change the objective of dating, to the One and most beloved Wahiguru Akal Purukh. You see, thanks to Sikhee/Gurmat we are blessed with a lot of good luck, for we know what is our priority by being born as human beings, and that is none other, that of staying in His Hukum, and by playing the game of bhakti and love/devotion with our Beloved Wahiguru and to become one with Him. Why is this so? Because, everything else which we may long, seek or look for, we shall get it, without any efforts, if only it is written in our "karam". And if it is not written, it will never happen, no matter how hard we may try. So just leave it, things will fall down at the proper time, no sooner no later by going or not going after them. You see, going after opposite sex, no matter howsoever we may justify, at the bottom of it, we must admit, it has a touch of kaam vaasna. I strongly believe, if any partner is written for us, our karam will bring us closer to that person. It is only that we are grown in the western culture and trying to copy it into our lives, thus somehow forget to an extent our origin and meaning of being a Gursikh, and since then, we start strongly being pulled by Maya into her paraphernalia.... The Bani says : Ekas bin sabh dandh hae. Wahiguru Akal Purukh, is not only our Beloved, our Mother or Father, but also our nourisher, our well wisher. If we give ourselves totally to Him, do we think He will abandon us? Nay. He will look after all our needs, whether material / swartheel, whether parmarathee / spiritual. Not only that, but He will abide Himself in us, then what else shall we ever need? Naturally nothing, as we shall be filled with His divine love. Sat Sree Akal.
  24. Brorher, I can very well understand your feelings , but you must bear in mind that many a times, more than one's wishes, likes or dislikes, what prevails is one's adjustments of karmas in the form of destiny with certain people, in certain envoirements...and against this settlement nothing can be done. Just as you for example, you were born in your actual family and nowhere else. Also we should remember we are all independent individuals, mostly interelated by karmas. Our true permanent relation is with Wahiguru alone, no matter in what joonee, in what dharam, or mazab we are born. So brother cheer up and bless your sister with happiness wherever she maybe. More than that, we humans can hardly do much more. Sat Sree Akal
  25. THE ONLY EVERLASTING TRUTH. Dhan Dhan Satgur Maharaj tells us in His pure paviter Bani in Raag Asa Ki Vaari: ਆਪੀਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੈ ਆਪੁ ਸਾਜਿਓ ਆਪੀਨ੍ਹ੍ਹੈ ਰਚਿਓ ਨਾਉ Aapeenhai Aap Saajiou Aapeenhai Rachiou Naao आपीन्है आपु साजिओ आपीन्है रचिओ नाउ He Himself created Himself; He Himself assumed His Name. Here, He is telling us that, that Supreme Being is only One, ( just as in Mool Mantar:Ikoankar Satnam) without any second, without any multiple forms, or genders or colors, in the timeless time, or yugas after yugas, and that His manifestation or swaroop is His Naam. The transient or temporary forms He assumes to comunicate with us, do not change His essence, and not because of that, does He keep as permanent those forms when returning back to His abode. Becasue as we saw above, His real form is Shabad or Naam, which can be manifested within us at any time or any place, through His Simran, only. It is our agyanta, our limited and dull dhrishtee, which makes us believe so and cling on strongly to that our braham. And due to this braham, we engage ourselves in fights, wars, hatred, discussions ...to the extent we give and take lives happily. So stupid manmukhs... and that is only because we do not pay attention to the Bani, nor follow what it tells us, but rather follow faithfully our "manmat". We go through the sacred Bani, just as parrots, without understanding even a single anmol bachan from it. Shame on us! So if we ever want to be gursikhs and truly benefit ourselves, there is only one way without second or any number; for as Guru Jee again tells us: ਨਾਨਕ ਸਚੁ ਧਿਆਇਨਿ ਸਚੁ Naanak Sach Dhhiaaein Sach नानक सचु धिआइनि सचु O Nanak, true are those who meditate on the True One. This means, we can also become True as He is, by meditating on that One "Sach" or Truth. So now, what is that Sach? That Sach as we all know, is Satnam. Sat = Truth, and that Truth is, Naam alone. Sat Sree Akal.
