jumping to conclusions much ...I appreciate that art has a purpose just as raag it enhances a sentiment/emotion e.g. the picture of Baba Deep SIngh drawing the rekha in the sand stirs a determined and steadfast belief in Guru ji , but whereas Raag plays a secondary place to the Gurbani and thus is less likely to become the addictive thing it could be , an artist's kalapana can distort the event/person depicted to suit an agenda and thus create a subconcious bias e.g. Guru Nanak Dev ji was a white hair baba always except when he was a baby , when most of his active lifespan was spent spreading Dhur ki bani so most people would have seen a young strong Man with a slightly older companion gives a different feel to Jagannath Puri , Benares , Kaaba sakhis...

bro ever thought this is Maya testing your resolve ? Guru ji wants us to be pukke not dil de kache . What your folks don't realise is that models are highly exploited and can be pressurised often into abuse especially youngsters, it's not all that it's made out to be . Last week a teenager died at a photo shoot because she was too scared to tell them she was sick. I'm glad you chose better it's not fair your Mum, Dad and chacha ji trying to live vicariously through you , they have their lives to lead and you yours if the call of Guru ji is strong in your heart , follow it there is nothing wrong in trusting the perfect Guru ji. they were wired just the same as us , evolutionary changes don't happen in hundreds of years more like ten of thousands. How about instead of always highlighting those who are failing , we Highlight those who are doing well and have had the initiative to change and make people's lives better... surely putting our attention and energy on highlighting them will enlarge the effect they have- either by informing unaware people in their locales, and inspiring other gurdwarey to get their acts together. I am so tired of the Crabs in a bucket mentality , i.e. if I am in the wrong I will drag any other sikh down to my level

agreed whilst people hold out hope of a rescuer they will never do tyariaan themselves , they will never put jorr into parchaar, continue the removal of jagat choot / hor naashli cheezaan and keep Guru Granth Sahib ji and Guru Panth sahib ji protected and respected. -

sounds like magnesium defiency are you eating green leafy veg and nuts and seeds? because the levels in your body are being used to help grow your child , try to eat lots of variety of fresh fruits , veggies and nuts and seeds , the other thing you can do is make a fruit smoothie and add green powders which is a mix of different mineral in their natural food form taken from wheatgrass. barley grass, chlorella and green veggies. Try to get rest through naps during the day if long sleep is a problem

maybe simple panthic bulletin board for cross jatha parchaar/programmes/study initiatives ... i.e. nihang akhand paath, taksali vidhalya programme, akj rehnsabhai (split into geographical locations once up and running ) so anyone can know what is happening near them , and bring the love and bhaichara for all aspects of the panthic family back. I mean that is something that would be unique as most bulletin boards stick to single jatheybandi, and new people need sangat of all kinds to get the full laha and love of sikhi
