  1. There is a consensus on the fact that teen pregnancies are becoming more and more unavoidable amongst the people who had no prior knowledge of contraception methods....and more people are becoming optimistic about "doing it" with those available contraceptive options and what could more be worsened when nothing virtually has helped to stop these policies of abortion and female gender degradation.... oh yes! females fetuses were found to have been to be the most amongst abortion cases........ <_<
  2. awesome... but one question how do you create such theme?
  3. now thas what i call a true empathetic approach to this issue... :TH: ......the main point of this whole issue is in fact female subordination and psychological consequence due to that.... unfortunately much hasnt been done to comprehend this effect and to demonstrate it to the society....and by this i mean not only sikhs but its for global community :umm:
  4. I would go with NERO or either SONIC.....

  7. haha :D nice UK style dastaar )))) ....
  8. I guess teen pregnancy is becoming more of a trend these days.... and its even sad to know that in most Asian cultures including India abortion is well practiced and not much progress has been seen in declining the abortion of a baby girl....US has had many debates regarding abortion and gay rights.... hope one of the future presidents might do something positive about it....
  9. cool.....wish if i could be a doc... instead few years from now I would be seeing myself brain-storming at stock markets :6
  10. yeap... thas the central approach for everything in the universe i guess... but still the issue remains heck of a controversy which is largely debated and discussed overall......

WT DA HELL man........ this is infuriating :v1: kick the <admin-profanity filter activated> of the person who posted up such video
  12. I was just surfing around and found this random website http://www.sikhdocs.org/..... turns out its a website for all the US doctors out there to make a difference.... how cool is that !! :3singh3:
  13. so u would basically conclude that biologically determined contexts are much easier to follow in solving the issue ....but yea i think its plausible to think like that because i can see both sikhism and biological factors being related in the issue
  14. how about psychological and mental effect of the abortion.....?
  15. i agree with that......until we are not able to overcome the concept of radical sikhism......such things would happen ......
  16. There have been many hot debates regarding the issue of abortion in many religions and societies. Would you scrutinize the issue positively or negatively under the lens of sikhism?
  17. hmm... I was in Baru Sahib and I saw good amount of non sikh students just covering their heads anything but not with dastaars...... tht seems quite plausible situation to me.... would anyone of you consider this situation of imposing non sikhs to tie dastar as being too far or on radical grounds?
  18. how about the unjust to the non sikhs happening right now....... <_< ....theres no justification for unfairness being done to the both sides....it simply has to be removed and eradicated from the society....i guess
  19. that could be possible :6 .......the fact is that there is a cause behind all this .... why things in Punjab are starting to heat up once again?
  20. well it is unfair for the non sikh children out there....I think this is the first time a school has enforced non sikhs to comply to sikh principles ......kinda ridiculous <_< ... I actually did my elementary, middle and high schooling in Chandigarh.... the school i went in was a convent one and we were required to tie dastaar after 8th grade .....moreover there were many christian based schools there and most of them were very flexible to sikh guys wearing dastaar......then why are we now being radical in our approach to non sikhs
  21. wt the hell man :jamdoot thas outrageous....... someones gota pay for tht now
  22. Is it really madatory? I'm not sure, but all I can say is 99% of the Sikh girls I see in my area and even growing up, never wear/wore dastaars. It is only something I have gotten used to recently and my expression is always "Wow!", with excitment. :o I just say to myself that if this is the way that it was meant to be, then why do a lot of Sikh men wear dastaars, but then the women just wear a chunee, and it has been going on for centuries like that. :gg: I'm all for equality, though, and if women want to wear dastaars, more power to them, but if they don't, then that is also fine. I can't help but wonder how a girl decides to wear a dastaar and when they do, we refer to them as "Singhnee" usually. Is it really madatory? 23. this is funny because i am taking this class this sem psych of sex and gender and wht i got to know at the end of the semester from tht class now is that most religions have negative influence on gender......but in terms of sikhism i dont think theres any religion thats as flexible to gender issues as sikhism is.......then i guess dastaar is for everyone no matter what gender and race it would be .... thas the way of sikhism......
  24. yea man.... kick their <admin-profanity filter activated>........ i dun wanna know any first resort in terms of maharaj ji's disrespect........no matter what
