Speak up when you need to. Don't do it in an angry or mad way, but just tell the full truth. Never be afraid to tell the truth. I learnt (from previous experience) that you don't need to take anything from anyone. If someone is spreading false rumours about you and its constant then its best to speak. By not saying anything, you are encouraging the person to carry on. However, if you are going to speak up then do it in a humble way that everyone will listen to you. The worst thing you can do is shouting and swearing because thats not going to get you anywhere lol
