Dealing with the death of a loved one is a difficult situation but its just a part of life we have to accept. Its our previous Karam's that determine what happens to us in our lives. Your wife is being looked after by Vaheguru Ji, where we will all go to when we die. The main thing is to ask Maharaj for support. The hukam will make more sense to you than it will to me. The main thing is that she wouldn't like to see you in your current state. She would want to see you happy and taking care of yourself. Isolating yourself from others is not the way. I agree that it is unimaginably hard for you to go through but there are people willing to help. You need to start taking better care of yourself and stay away from alcohol, it may make you feel better in the moment but afterwards it will make you feel worse. I don't know but maybe because they look for evidence and proof rather than analysing the way the Granth was written. I don't care what anyone says because Sri Dasam Granth Sahib could only have been the work of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj because NO human can ever write like that.

I love Dasam Bani, the style of writing and structure is truly a masterpiece.
