They came to one place down south, and to Panjab. The southerners sent suited and booted fellows, and apnay sent the 'kurtay pajamay wallay' (I presume these to be some SGPC functionaries). You can guess who got the contract........

What happens when climate change does a sudden change? The situation is precarious.
Yeah but who's sending those kurtay pajamay wallay. Punjab government and Indian government hate us. Punjab has potential, but it's not being used.
I have plenty of family in Punjab that are jatts and well educated, they're just not getting the jobs. My cousin and her dalit friend applied for a job and they had to do this test thingy, my cousin got a score wayy higher than her friend but her dalit friend got the job because she was a lower caste. Both my parents who are jatts spent years working hard getting their degrees but they couldn't find a well paying job. Same with some other family. Yeah you have some idiots (like some of my second cousins) that are obsessed with bhangra and that sh1t but that's because they're jobless. For me, recently it's always been that we've lacked in good leadership recently.

Punjab needs to industrialise as soon as possible. It cannot rely on just farming.
I'm not 100% sure about this, but I remember hearing somewhere that there were proposals about industries in Punjab several times, but the Indian government rejected them.

As a foreign convert, who is not yet Amritdhari I don't tie one. I will not keep full Saroop until I'm worthy to do so. That is also something I will have to learn right before receiving Amrit.
Oh okay. Good luck. Then do you just have your kesh out?
I'm not amritdhari yet but I've been wearing a dastaar since around when I was 5.
My kesh are long (like up to my knees) so I only properly learnt to do a joorha like last year, my mum used to do it. I wrap my kesh around my hand once to create like a circle thingy and then wrap it like twice or three times underneath it and then pull the remaining kesh through the circle thingy and then the two or three times I've wrapped it underneath kind of goes inside the circle thingy, and then pull the remaining kesh and secure it and then wrap that remaining kesh around it once. That probably didn't make sense but I hope that helped.

I need to learn to tie a Jura. My kesh is getting too long for anything else.
How do you tie a dastaar without doing a joorha?

How many gurdwaras are there in the UK? 10 miles is legit nothing. That's like 16km. My closest gurdwara is almost 10 miles away from my house and before lockdown we used to go twice a week. Some of my family and mates live 20 miles from the closest gurdwara, and they go once or twice a week as well.

Kazakhstan bodybuilder Yuri Tolochko who is in a threesome with two sex dolls has now said that he wants to introduce a male doll into his relationship.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Yuri Tolochko became a worldwide sensation after he married a sex doll named Margo in November 2020
- The couple "divorced" after Yuri "cheated" on Margo while she was at a repair shop
- Later, Yuri introduced two new sex dolls Lola and Luna as his wives and now he's planning to get into a foursome
Yuri Tolochko, a professional bodybuilder from Kazakhstan, who is married to two sex dolls has now said that he is planning to introduce a male doll in his relationship. He identifies as a pansexual and can fall in love with "a character, an image, a soul, just a person".
The bodybuilder said that he was planning another wedding while appearing on 'The Dating Show' on FUBAR Radio. This means that his throuple could soon become a fourple.
"I want to have a male doll in the future and I want to do a wedding of a male doll and Luna and at the same time I want to do the ceremony of life and freedom with me. It's similar to wedding, but not wedding," he said on the show.
Yuri grabbed attention worldwide after he married his first wife Margo in November 2020. He was in a "relationship" with Margo for over eight months before he "popped the question". Shortly before Christmas, Margo "broke" and had to be sent for repair.
The bodybuilder admitted to "cheating" on Margo with a strange object. Soon after, the couple divorced.
In March this year, Yuri introduced his new wife Lola to the world and said, "Lola queer, she has not yet decided on her sexual and gender identity (she is in search)."
He had added, "We broke up with Margo. I'm not ready to talk about the reasons for the divorce yet."
He described Lola as a "massive chicken" - the top part of her being a woman and the bottom a chicken.
Yuri later confirmed that he was in a threesome after introducing another doll named Luna into his relationship. When his fans pointed out that Luna looked incredibly young, he had told them that she was of legal sex doll 'age' and welcomed her.
"Me and Lola will treat her like a sister," he had said on Instagram.
"I'm not going to stop, I want to get a harem," the bodybuilder wrote in another post.
I don't know if I should be laughing or being concerned. I guess this is what happens to some people when they can't find a real man/woman.

Using Singh instead of Jatt will not be a good step. Just look at the lyrics. It's gand.

That list of infringements on your freedom make corona look like nothing.
I would literally huff covid before ever allowing that list of nazi protocols be imposed on myself.
It is getting annoying now. Gurdwaras are closed. I was looking forward to a ransbahi last weekend but 12 cases of corona ruined it. Annoying that the id1ot Prime Minister we have hasn't ordered enough vaccines cause it's 'not a race' to get everyone vaccinated. It's literally our only hope to get out of this. And then then there's New Zealand going on a 3 day lockdown cause of 1 case....

Us Victorians are into lockdown 6.0

Since I have come into sikhi, I have become so isolated and don’t have any friends. The friends before I came into sikhi have drifted away, and I drifted away from them because I didn’t want to fall off this path of sikhi. Now I’m feeling lonely. Has anyone else experienced this?
Do you go to the gurdwara often?
You could find some sangat.

Amrit sanchar doesn't have to happen on vaisakhi. Whenever there's a amrit sanchar at your local gurdwara tell the granthi.

We Sikhs are just obsessed with going abroad. My Grandfather has 11 grandchildren, 8 of them live in the west. The other 3 would love to leave as well. This is having a big impact on Sikh demographics in Punjab.
Hindus in Punjab don't migrate anywhere near as much, most of them have businesses and have no reason to leave.
And now you have Muslim and Hindu migration from UP and Bihar. We will lose our majority status very soon.
One of the reasons for that is because it's harder for them to get jobs. Several of my cousins tried and went to uni but they couldn't find jobs that paid them a decent amount, so they moved abroad. People from UP and Bihar are getting prefered most of the time.

If the establishment insists on being dumb, it would be sweet justice to form Sikh schools and simply outperform all other schools academically and in all ways. Just blow their tests away and have knowledge you couldn't even test public schools on.
Bro there's been talks about this, but no one with money right now here is willing to.

New South Wales, not Australia. In other states, you can still wear a kirpan to school, just not nsw where it happen.

The sikh kid stabbed the other kid after multiple incidents of bullying. Then that kid removed the sikh kid's dastar so he got stabbed. The injuries were minor. It would have been better if the kid had not taken the kirpan out and used something else instead.

In the UP the local panchayat elections are taking place now.
Of course they are, cause there hasn't been enough people dead already. Cause electing some random old man for your pind is more important than how many more people will get corona. It's like these people pick and choose with corona restrictions. They put a stop on things they don't want to continue and keep the things they want.

If you want to move far from your parents, you could try and get a job away from where you live and move near there.
