  1. Sounds like he was going to a pub or something... RichBrau Brewing Company...?
  2. When they say treat guru sahib as a person, they don't mean a living physical person in that context. They're basically saying that after the 10 gurus, there are no more, so follow the sri guru granth sahib ji.. use it as your guru.. use it's words (like a living person would speak) as a guideline for your life... i see what youre saying, but in all truthfulness, our sri guru granth sahib, was written for us by our gurus, so you can think of it, as their words are "living" on forever in the guru granth sahib ji.. bhul chuk maaf
  3. I'm sorry ji... Please excuse my naivety.. I'm not sure about the rest of the sangat but I think I may not be completely understanding your question.. Could you explain it in a little more detail.. It would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you ji.. gurfateh
  4. forget temporary pain, you know how many different types of fatal infections that those rituals can cause? that sticking the knife into the skull thing is very dangerous...
  5. yea.. u made a great couple points... it is nice to see the whole picture.... looks nice... :TH:
  6. that's not true, i see some bhai sahibs (extremely religious and spiritual) here, that are eating hand to mouth that are barely making ends meet... how can anybody know who has sacrificed what? just because the grass is greener, doesn't make the place any better... it's about your heart, whether your gursikh or not, and whether or not you will follow the guru's word... either way, the word sant shouldn't be added, but the point i was trying to make, is that bhai sahibs living abroad, us, uk, canada, etc, aren't any less credible than the bhai ji's of india..... bhul chuk maaf...
  7. whats wrong with khanda on a toy? This is the toy that manmitchera veerji is talking about.... http://forums.waheguroo.com/index.php?showtopic=16270
  8. The thing is it's not just Bhai Anoop Singh who has the put on the CD and stuff. Maan Pehowawala Ranjit Singh Dhudrianwala Daljit Singh Chicagowala and so many others they all use use sant after their name they even have this title out side their house; Brahamgiani Sant maharaj baba ?????? Singh ji ????wala and other thing is who make these people in to so called sants... WE DO.... i was just using him as an example... i'm sure there are many people out there who do this... bhul chuk maaf...
  9. Saw Vikram Singh (aka Vic Briggs) do kirtan on Guru Nanak Dev Ji's Guruprab... he is very good, and brings the musical talent of his past into his kirtan... truly something to be experienced... Waheguru
  10. i think the title of "sant" is thrown around a little too liberally these days... take for example, sant anoop singh ji... his kirtan is absolutely amazing, but i don't feel he has the right to print "sant" on his cd's/tapes... he claims that people started calling him that and it just stuck, but that doesn't mean he should himself print them... the title of "sant" negates itself when you start calling yourself one....
  11. American basketball, Washington Wizards all the way man... American football, Baltimore Ravens... record is crazy right now... they're 9-3... European football, don't know much about it... all i know is i like England's football team.. Beckham is the man... too bad he quit as teh captain........ i bet all you peepz frome england hate portugal after their match in the world cup, right? whats up with european nfl, has it caught on big yet?
  12. oh, i absolutely love his kirtan... i can't wait til this finishes downloading... thank you so much for sharing this with us ji.... :TH: bhul chuk maaf....
  13. if not you can always browse to the appropriate folder and add them to the start menu lol.. yea, i was just joking around... that clean look does look nice, my brother does that too... but i feel like it's not very user friendly... it's so nice to have your most important programs that you use on your desktop.. and other stuff like antispyware, etc, so you remmeber to run them periodically...
  14. very cute little singhs... definitely put a smile on my face... i like the first one where he's sitting in a punjabi juthi...
  15. you just delete them, and make sure you pray to waheguru that they're somewhere in your start menu...
  16. cool cool.. finally... used to check it everyday.. lol....
  17. cool cool.... good luck with that... :TH:
  18. cytokines... are you a doctor/medical researcher?
  19. Personally, I agree that it is wrong to put the khanda symbol on a cap and sell it... I would never buy one or promote buying it... but Punjabi Link is right... Cut-hair sikhs walk around with bags, shirts with khandas also... we're not going to write to each and every one of them and complain about it... Morally, or consciously, it's wrong, but that decision ultimately has to be made first by the seller, and then by the buyer individually... please forgive me if i've said anything offensive.. fateh bhul chuk maaf...
  20. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh! LOL I just edited Windows XP and Vista. Not that clever. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh! no man... that's not easy... i don't even know how to go about starting to do something like that...:
