During Kargil War group of Non Sikhs Jawans were going towards Forward Post. They saw a sikh Jawan and asked him Time Kya hua hai( it was around 12, so they wanted to make fun). Sikh Jawan replied My hand is lying in the table and watch is tied on my severed hand find out the time yourself..His hand had been cut off because of a blast and he had carried his severed hand with him when he came down from forward post.

My advice is not business strategy. When i started my work i would always used to think about Sikh community after Khalsa panth had been established and Guru Gobind Singh Ji had left for heavenly abode. What i means is that odds were against Sikh community as such,with mughals declaring reward for anyone who would get Sikh's head. From that point we went to establish our own kingdoms and under Maharaja Ranjit Singh Ji established Khalsa Raaj. On other hand hindu kings ruled India and when they first faught muslim invaders and lost one kingdom they never could again regain their kingdoms.They simply gave up and soon mughals captured one kingdom after another. My point is not to say bad things about Hindus but imagine Sikhi spirit who fought against all odd in lifes from being people who were on hitlist to establish kingdoms. Always remain in Chardikala, dont think that how will i acheive my aims as i have few resources. Dont fear failure as "Girte hain sheh-sawar hi maidan-e-jung mein Woh tifl kya gire jo ghutnon ke bal chale. " It means only brave people fall in battle as they sit on horse ( not sure if sheh means that) what will that child or coward fall who crawls on his knees.

Hi I was thinking of starting a blog. I saw Lionchild's blog http://www.squarespace.com but it is not free. I am thinking going with a free service. What i like best in the above mentioned service is that it offers features like personal website i.e offers facility of say writing multiple blogs in one page. Thus i can say write on photography, travel and food. I can write for three topics in one blog address but entry for each topic is visible under particular topic i.e all photography entry are visible under Photography Heading, Travel entries under Travel Heading, Is this some how possible in free blog sites I would like to write on 3-4 topics at one blog address but under different heading. P.S I just realized it is called multiple blogs on one page

Channel Owner of ETC Punjabi tried his level best for a 24x7 Channel called ETC KHALSA . He had planned to launch last year in Dec,but he was denied permission by Indian Goverment. It was supposed to be really amazing channel where they had planned a children programme. In this programme small children daily were supposed to recite one Page from SGGS. They even had doen recording but Goverment did not give permission. If some one remembers they used to give AD on ETC channel earlier.

With everyone jumping to conclusion. Lots of elder sikhs in Delhi are of view that case is not as imple as it appears. Sikh boy's whose hair were supposed to be cut had in past cut his own hair. One of the elder Sikh asked him did they use scisors or say ustra( ustra i am not sure but it is like say a knife) he Said they used ustra and when Old Sikh asked him how his beard was evenly cut he had no answer. I think this guy made up the story since believe me Tilak Nagar is heavily populated with sikhs and he had some strange plans

Hi I was in same situation like you are now. While i was in school life was great than i jonied collge than my dad fell sick. As a result i had to join his business and had to give my dreams of doing MBA. I am graduate.My family business also started going bad. Life has been a bumpy road for last 7 years. so much that that some times i forget what year is it i.e 2005 or 2006. My friend came from Canada couple of months and met with old friends including me and told me how eveyone was settled i.e married , earning good , some one is in USA some one in UK etc. I also felt what you felt. A feeling of saddness, unhappiness and low self esteem. I talked with some one and he told me have faith in god and Person told me that today you have no self confiedence because you earn less, have less education than your friend. He told me isnt it shameful that such small things affect your self confiedence. He told me "In future you will be the most sucessful among your frinds as long you are true to work " he added but why should your confiedence be affected by your sucess. He made it clear that "confiedence should not depend on clothes ypu wear, education, money or status in society". hukmee utam neech hukam likh dukh sukh paa-ee-ah.
