Footprints In The Sand.

A man had a dream, in it he was on a white sandy beach. In the sky visions of events to come in his life flashed by, in the white sand he could see two sets of foot prints before him.

He noticed in the visions in the sky whenever things became bad and his life fell on hard times there was only a single set of footprints in the sand.

He sank to his knees in despair and pleaded “Oh, Lord in times of trouble why do you forsake me?”

And the Lord spoke “My precious child why do you say this, I would never forsake you.”

The man said “when my life becomes hard there is only one set of foot prints in the sand”

“My child those are not your footprints, they are mine.”

“But O’Lord then what happens to me in my times o trouble?” he asked.

“I am carrying you.”
