Tofu, other soybean products, milk and other milk/dairy products have b12.

B12 is a bacteria so milk has the most likely chance of getting enough thats why milk does a body good besides the calcium.

Notice Sikhs eat alot of dairy products : paneer, yogurt etc.

The quality of that in soya is inferior. Also the absorbtion rates are less. The amounts are less than meat too. The amounts you get from dairy products is considerably less and you would have to consume full fat varieties of them which can lead to excessive weight gain.
