its complicated stuff, i know this baba ji was once explaining it to us but b/c of my bad punjabi i couldnt understand everything they were saying (aw man!) but they were saying sumthing about there being sum sort of a glass which is actually a kamal ka phul and it is placed right above our belly button, which fills up with amrit the more u do paat, eventually it will tip over b/c it'll get so full that it will spill all throughout your body, then amrit will be running thru u and every pore of your body will be saying waheguru....man theres sooo much stuff they tell us but im too stupid to understand half of it :'(
