Skipping Mouse

change ur mouse, or keep ur monitor upside down then it wont slide down...hehe

What sort of mouse you have? Has it got a ball underneath or a red light?

If its an old ball mouse, its probably because the mouse insides are dirty, causing the ball to stick and then jump. Open up the bottom of the mouse (Just give the little circle a turn until it pops off), and take out the ball. Clean up the ball with a wet cloth (and then dry), and also dust out and get rid of the gunk on the inside of the mouse (there should be 3 little wheels).

If you are using an optical mouse, there is a good chance its because you are using a reflective surface. The downside of optical mice is that if there is any kind of reflection, it messes up the camera and can cause it to jump. Just put something under the mouse (like a newspaper, or better a mousepad).
