1. is keski mandatory for both men and women?

2. is keski given as kakar or just standard rehat (if given at all)?

3. is mool mantra up to gurprasad or nanak hosi bhi sach?

dont wish to cause offense. i personally would like to know and hope it is not blown out of proportion. any answer would be greatly appreciated. i hope no one uses this to slander the amrit sanchar as this is not the intention as "amrit peeaa satgur deeaa".
