What is the Big Blunder of Ram Singh and his committee....

Respected Sadh Sangat Ji,

Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh singho!

The current Supreme Council have made many,many blunders and they are refusing to believe that they have done anything wrong. Actually, they think they have done right.

These blunders that Bhai Ram Singh and his committee have committed are only for personal gain, not for the the goodness of the Khalsa Panth or the local Sadh Sangat.

Guru Ji Maharaj is the home for the homeless, wealth for the poor and strength for the weak. Guru Ji's home, the Gurdwara, is also a home to all, from the humble to the meek.

No one has the authority to dump someone out of the Gurdwara Sahib, who has NOT committed any crimes and is plainly innocent without the approval of Guru Sahib Ji Maharaj.

Ram Singh and his committee, without concern that they were standing in the Guru Ghar, and with much objection from the Sadh Sangat, kicked out Bhai Dilbagh Singh, who was also head Granthi at the time, and his jatha from the Guru Sahib's home in the cold, a little before the middle of the night, while calling the Sadh Sangat, "goondey".

Why?

The most important factor was, Bhai Dilbagh Singh and his jatha were Taksali Singhs.

YET Bhai Ram Singh and his committee fail to recognize that the Gurdwara Sahib is not only for Taksalis or Akhand Kirtanis, it's for all Guru Pyarey. It's Sangat first, then Jathebandi.

And Bhai Dilbagh Singh certainly Guru Pyarey.

Bhai Dilbagh Singh and his jatha were NOT against Akhand Kirtan and they did do Kirtan at rainsubais as well.

Ram Singh and his committee claimed that the Bhai Dilbagh Singh and his jatha were illegal and taksali, therefore not allowed to reside in Guru's home.

How dare Ram Singh and his committee kick out innocent Singhs and go AGAINST the principles of Sikhism? It is against the clear order of Guru Ji Maharaj.

WHO GAVE them that authority to kick out the innocent Ragi Jatha, who, i might add, had NO WHERE to stay.

The Gurdwara, Guru's Home, is a place for the shelterless, humble, meek, weak, and innocents.

Bhai Dilbagh Singh is very much legal and his family is coming to California to meet him.

Much of the Sangat is also concerned that if, with Guru Ji's blessing, the Khalsa Slate wins the elections, they will kick out Bhai Gurpreet Singh, the current head Granthi.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!

Bhai Gurpreet Singh will NOT be kicked out of Gurdwara Sahib by Bhai Gurmeet Singh Khalsa or by any of the members in the Khalsa Slate, nor will any innocent person in that manner.

Bhai Gurmeet Singh Khalsa will NOT even think to remove any person from the Gurdwara Sahib.

Yet Ram Singh even called the POLICE in the Gurdwara Sahib to kick out the innocent Ragi Jatha.

Ram Singh is acting as if the Gurdwara is not Guru's home but his own factory.

Why is Ram Singh running the third time in Supreme Council?

Two times is not enough?

Sangat must not allow such a man to run the Gurdwara Sahib who still has not asked for forgiveness from Guru Sahib and the Sadh Sangat.

Big Scandal of Ram Singh and his party Uncovered

Immediate Dismissal of Current Administration and Disqualification of Ram Singh’s slate from the race

To --Current Supreme Council members/ Directors --Ram Singh, Sukhdev Singh Bainiwal, Gurcharn Singh Mann, Tara Singh, and other involved members of management of Sikh Gurdwara Sahib, Fremont, CA

CC: Nirmal (Charlie) Cheema, Chair, Election Committee.

Subject: Demanding immediate dismissal of current administration and disqualification of Ram Singh’s slate’s two members (Ram Singh, Tara Singh) And Gurcharn Singh Mann from Panthic slate of California Sikh Association, from the Supreme Council Election in the wake of the uncovered scandal which will cause enormous financial consequences to our Gurdwara as a result of the gross violation of Law and the incompetence of the administration (Supreme Council and few members of the Management) and administration’s inability to notify the Sangat (members) and Covering Up the SCANDAL.

Dear Sirs,

In reference to the 100 acres hill site property of the Gurdwara (Parcel # 507012402900), gross violation of LAW and incompetence of the current administration resulting in unnecessary financial burden, which could amount up to $250,000.00, and not notifying the Sangat (members) has been noticed by the Sikh Sangat of Gurdwara Fremont as following:

(a)On April 20, 2007, Ram Singh, Sukhdev Singh Behniwal, Tara Singh Gill, Gurcharan Singh Mann and Jassi Gill have been issued multiple counts of CITATIONS in the amount of about $3000.00 by the City of Fremont for multiple violations such as grading without permit, littering and leveling the ground without authorization and/or permits. However, this is just the tip of the ICEBERG.

(b)As a result of the illegal activities and leveling, The City not only issued the Citations, they ordered them to put in place the Erosion Control measures and complete the re-GRADING of the land. The management has completed the Erosion control at a cost of about $35,000.00. However, the Grading of the property is still pending and an estimate believed to be in the amount of $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 to complete the job, has been given by Credin DeAngelo consultant firm to the management committee. The present Management is negotiating the Grading and Citations with The City through the Attorney, Mark Cohen, who was Ram Singh’s party attorney in the previous court case from 2002 to 2005 and might be being used as a Gurdwara attorney also. However, there is no way around it, the negotiation process is being used only to delay the matter until after the elections, and the Sangat (members) will have to carry this huge financial burden.

©Current management covered up the Scandal and never notified the Sangat (members) of the gross negligence of the Law or stated the cost of its misdeed in its financial statements, hence by doing so, violated the Sikh code of conduct of Apology and Transparency.

Therefore, as a result, the Sangat (members) would have to bear a burden in excess of about $200,000.00 as following;

Citations: $2400.00

Erosion Control Expense (Gurdwara’s money already wasted): $35,000.00

GRADING (Estimate disclosed by city officials): $150,000.00

Attorney Fees (Estimated from our previous experiences): $25,000.00

As a consequence of Gross violations, COVER UP and incompetence of the management, immediate DISMISSAL of the management and DISQUALIFICATION of the respective candidates from the Supreme Council Election is requested under Article IV, section 1 and 2 of the BY LAWS.
