There once was boy who did a naughty deed. In punishment, his parents decided that he would eat dinner alone, after everyone else ate, all by himself.

So after the family had dinner, they left to go spend family time and have some fun, like they did every other day. The mother set the table for her son, who was to eat alone, and joined the rest of the family

Being the good Christian that he was, he always prayed before eating any meal

"Thank you lord, for blessing me with this meal today, even in the MIDST OF MY ENEMIES"

this story i think portrays a virtue that EVERY sikh should maintain, regardless of situation--Chardi Kala
