Opression In Punjab

Anybody know where I can get hold of a copy of the book Opression in Punjab, it was released by the Punjab Human Rights Organisation in 1985 (I think), but as soon as it was released it was banned by the goverment and copies confiscated.

There were copies circulating abroad (outside India) back in tjhe late 80's and there must be someone who has a copy on the shelf.

I had a copy but it was lent out and I have never got it back.

If anyone has any information or links to a pdf of the book then please let me know.
