Kirpaan & The Law

I came across a discussion about whether or not a Kirpaan is allowed to be worn legally (which it is). I read most of the first page of the discussion on a police forum and it was actually kind of interesting so i decided to post it here >>> http://www.policespecials.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=68039&st=0

Someone even says they prefer it to be visible because they basically feel safer :D

Gurfateh,

In the Uk these day you have to be careful when wearing the kirpan openly as many private premisies such as cinemas can actually reject entry although wearing a kirpan is publically allowed. The law isnt quite clear in such areas and needs clarification.
