Next Step provides free and impartial information and advice to help adults in England make appropriate decisions about learning and work opportunities. We aim to help adults get the advice they need for their future skills, careers, work and life choices.

Our service is available in a range of languages, including Punjabi. You can speak to one of our bilingual Punjabi advisors by calling 0800 093 1333 between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

Our advisors are ready to help you get the support and guidance you need on learning and working in England.

We can help you to move forward whether you are thinking about a career, want to progress within your current career, or are looking to make a complete change of direction in your working life.

We understand that deciding to embark on a new career or simply changing direction are very big decisions which is why we know how important it is to provide the right help and support.
