I do not know Gurmukhi so use transliterations. download Sundar gutka only for Android it contains almost 35 bani's start from japji sahib , + shabar hazzare+jap sahib +Tav prasad sawaie (srawag) +tva parsad sewaie (dinan ki) +akal ustat chaupai+benti chaupai sahib +Anand sahib and there are a couple of more bani's if you wana still continue you can also add in Muktinama too adding tav prashad sewaie dinan ki + a shot akal ustat add's 6-7 mins more to nitnem on das's end it is a great application 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My Nitnem is sorta like this. 5 morning bania the long version,then chandi di vaar,ugardanti,shastarnaammala,listen to akaal ustat,listen to some parts of bhachitaar natak, 5 angs of Sri sarbloh Granth,sidh gohst,dakhni oankar,shabad hazarey,shabad hazarey patshahi 10,swayai deeni ki pritpaal,33 swayie,misar prat,karninama,raag mala,salok mahala 9,salok baba fareed Ji,nehklanki avtaar,2evenings baina,aarti aarta This is what I do.A lot of the bania are short so they can be done in 5 minutes.I only listen to akaal ustat and some parts of bhachitaar natak. Enna saara in a day :wow: Mai to only do 5 bani swere n..... 2 raati.... n weekend ch sukhmani sahib g da path.... bushhhhh N Simran... whenever i feel i should especially when i become angry :biggrin2: Jado utte jawangi te babeee ne kehna.... aagya mera alsi puttar.. khun te bada garam hunda c... sikhi te naa te... but kini bani padi jaara daasi n my will be like :blink2: Baki ethe padh lende aa tuwade naal :D 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I use two different gutkas.
