Dal panth rehat is closest. sahibjada Baba Fateh Singh wore the neela bana and dumalla from his great grandfather Guru Hargobind ji, and Guru Gobind Singh adopted this into khalsa as well. The dal panth Nihang Singhs used to give pahul at all 4 takhts. When the khalsa jathas were combined into the 2 dals, at that time Budha Dal was responsible for giving pahul to the Singhs and behaved as the 5th chakarvarti takht which watched over as praband of the gurdwaras with the tradition being of the mukhi of budha Dal being mukhi/mahant of Akal Bunga/Akal Takht as well. -
