Kamal nath guilty of killing thousands of sikh will be in uk Sikhs in uk should exercise their right of 'citizens arrest' and arrest Kamal nath when he is in uk he already has summons from the usa so it makes the citizens arrest even more credible narender modi also didnot visit uk due to the fear of citizens arrest. he didnot even have a case anywhere in the world. atleast sikhs have managed to get a case the uk citizens have to arrest him and perhaps then usa will initiate extradition i heard he is in finland can we not get usa to issue interpol alert and nab him at some airport for human rights violations and genocide charges? Will sikhs rise to the challenge a…

Should we be celebrating the new year after the saheedian of the shahibizade, or is this just typical of us in this day and age and do we have short memories. Some will let of fireworks maybe even in some Gurdwaras, also would the sikhs of that time (during / after the saheedian) celebrated a new year straight after ? (which does not fall at the same time in indian calendar). Personally it should be time of sitting in the presence of SGGS ji, reflecting on the past, thanking Guru ji asking for peace in the world in a quite and dignified but not sombre manner, listening to katha and kirtan, but no fireworks or frantically shaking hands, hugging and patting on the back at…

Long hair problems
by Guest Hair- 5 replies

I'm not trying to troll like some people on here talking about hair. I have a genuine question. My hair takes a long time to dry and I usually wash my hair during amritvela once every 2 days because My job is very physically demanding but this means it interferes with my nitnem because apparently you can't do nitnem without your head covered. So now I have a problem. Can I just cover my hair with a ramaal like mona Singhs do when they go gurdwara or does it have to be a dastaar while I do nitnem? if I'm not then can Anyone tell me some tips to dry hair super quick in like 15 minutes or so because I have to be out of the house pretty quick. Thanks so much

Hi everyone, I do not want to offend anyone with this post, but basically i am a 17 year old sikh who has been keeping his hair for about 7 years now. I am now considering cutting my hair as i am not as religious as i used to be, i dont like having to wake up early to tie my paag every morning, sometimes its tight and hurts my head, sometimes its lose in skl etc.. Basically im not sure on what i should do because the religious side of me is not there anymore and i dont like keeping my hair. I am a singh with cut hair however i eat meat and rarely go gurdwara. I feel as if im being a fake singh sometimes as i have uncut hair, but i eat meat. I do not wish to…

Need Help Delhi
by Guest Singh- 1 reply

Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki Fateh Dear Sangat, is there anyone in Delhi who can please help me, I need some moral and translation support. I'm not from a sikh family. Following a spiritual calling I became a sikh and I've faced extreme harassment and bullying from "family" members. I currently have no choice but to put up with having to reside in their home as I'm transitioning between careers and have nowhere else to go. Also I'm a native English speaker and do my best to speak hindi/punjabi, but quite honestly my broken punjabi leads me to being treated either suspiciously or condescendingly at any gurdwara. Mostly people I come across are rich stuck up "…
