  10. i've been asked that too ....itz different for nails because even if you don't cut them, they get brittle and start breaking by themself (and they can also cause medical problems). With hair, it also falls when itz weak but we won't cut healthy hair.

  14. Hemkunt Sahib Foundation holds a annual speech compitition for ages 6-22 where each age group is given a book to read and then present speeches over it.....areas are divided by zones...and this year the intl' competition will be held in London!!!...http://www.hemkunt.org/
