you need to wake up at amritvela and prepare langar from fresh ingredients, while doing bani or simran. you make 3 sabjis raieta and kheeer usually with kara parshad as well. the shabjis made should not have tharkha, onions, ginger, or garlic in them. try to keep it simple as possible. the langer should be given to the 5 singhs in iron or steel thalis and kholis. water is to be given in an iron or steel cup as well. if you have questions, PM me

Keep shasters in covers for proper satkar. if you wan tto take it out then that is up to you to do parkash of the shasters durring the day and cover them back at night. ^ whats to laugh at that? It is history. Did guru sahib start taksal? yes. Was Amar Shaheed Baba Deep Singh ji the first jathedar? yes. But Taksal was an off shoot of Shaheedan Misl. Guru sahib gave the orders to start it to teach proper santhiya to jangi singhs as well as rest of the panth. Warriors need the saints balance as well. harienvela and taksals maryada isnt too diiferent. Taksali Bana got adopted durring times of peace. Durring puratan days, there were 3 Classes of Soldiers. Singha, Nihnag Singha, and Akaali Nihang Singha. Singha in times of peace were allowed to disarm and only wear a kirpan if they wanted. They could Wear there normal dress and work their respected professions whether it was farming business tailors etc. Some devoted their lives to parchar and santhiya and adopted the white, or color of saint hood and purity. nihang singha had to remain shaster dhari kamar kaase tyar bar tyar neel baana or orange shaheedi bana at all times as full time soldiers. I too can attest to this. I started a project a few years ago trying to preserve puratan keertan with a site i had made: sarabloh.sskhalsa.com before going public with the site i kept receiving almost identical emails asking me to remove the keertan or face sinister sounding vague actions against me. Vahguru ji ka Khalsa Vahguru ji ki Fateh Singho it is important to exercise both aspects of sikhi equally, the sant and the siphae. Saying only concentrate on bhagti because being a warrior is no longer important in today's world and age. That siphae is not useless, and is fighting a jang, is fighting war even right now. That siphae discipline not only keeps you conditioned and tyar bar tyar, it provides that discipline needed to fight the war of the mind; the war of kaam, ,krodh, lobh, moh , ahuankar, jhoot, nindiya. Singhs in purataan times and even some now exemplify the unity of the sant sipaee by doing proper shaster vidya pentra while doing jaap sahib. The adh chand so many adorn now a days on their dastars, its not their to look cool, it shows the unity of the sant and siphae. Durring war singhs would have a tegha in one hand and a mala in the other doing akaal puraks jaap... singho dont seperate something that is suppose to come together as one.
