  1. Was they the ones from India, dressed like Gianis?
  2. Was a nice program. Got a bit too AKJ'd out for me in the last couple of hours but still a propa good program and the langaar was chardi kala  . Big up to the organisers. Fateh Ji
  3. Dal Singhs right, ive said it a thousand times. We gotta sort ourselves and our community out, educate the youngers and our brothers and sisters about what Sikhi is all about, only then things will change. "They" are trying all sorts and it will only work on the weak, so i think we need to try strengthen our community instead of trying to retaliate against the people who are trying to convert etc because its futile to try and stop "them" because "they" have always been doing it since the start and will continue to do it. We on the other hand have never been a weak people until recent years, so lets try and change that and bring the Lions and Lioness's strength back into our people. The first step is where to start? Fateh Ji
  4. Im there aswell, looking forward to it
  5. Some of you may already have seen this video but i thought id post it up. I think it will add to the debate that Amrit Vela isnt anytime you want it to be, its when the sun is rising and the energys and vibrations that come with it. Guruka Singh:
  6. I can only laugh at it, i did actually find it funny. The dance moves were a killer LOL
  7. Im not saying he cant. To me it just looks like a Sikhi Vs Islam site, rather than just educating people about Sikhi, thats what i dont like about it. Its just my opinion at the end of the day, its not gonna change anything, im just stating what i think. Fateh Ji
  8. If you got true pyaar for Guru Ji, then just give your head. Guru Ji will take care of the rest. Before i took Amrit i was a gangbanger controlled by maya, Guru Ji blessed me with the Saadh Sangaat, i learnt about Sikhi and took Amrit straight away, allow EVERYTHING else its not gonna follow you after death, not even your Momzy or Dadzy are, so why listen to anyone or get attatched to your looks or whatever, its all dust. Everything thats holding you back is your enemy and will continue to do that for aslong as it can. Remember Guru Ji only wants the strongest in the Khalsa so the thought thats making you think twice is maya, so fix up and give the panj chore a knockout uppercut and take the oath. You can spend all your life trying to get ready to take Amrit. You never know whats gonna happen tommorow. You gotta ask yourself whats really important in life and why were really here. Allow trying to build up rehit and all that, its just wasting time. Like i said before, if you got the true pyaar give your head and Guru Ji will take care of the rest. I cant stress that fact enough. SAVE YOUR SOUL! Fateh Ji
  9. Bijla Singh - Paji, so your saying Sikhism is a missionairy religion like Islam, Christianity, Jehova's Witness's etc? I know Guru Nanak Dev Ji travelled a lot spreading the truth but when the Khalsa was formed im not aware of anyone going on a mission to convert people into Sikhism, after all its about quality not quanity? Im not saying im 100% right or anything, i maybe wrong. Fateh Ji
  10. Thats why i was doubting its authenticy because there are quite a few errors on the page and spelling mistakes which makes it look a bit dodgey. If its genuine then fair play, still dont like the whole "embrace Sikhism" thing. Sikhi isnt a missionairy religion, if a person has it in their karam to become a Sikh they will, no need to try and force it on people and make suggestions, reminds me of how the Muslim extemists work and it looks like a whole Sikhi Vs Islam thing which isnt promoting a good thing. Its like were going down to their level. It aint a race to see who gets the most converts is it? If we wanna try and convert peoples, lets try and convert our own peoples into Sikhi first before anyone else, how many moneh have we got in our families that arent into Sikhi at all? If anything lets try get them on the right path and inspire them to "embrace Sikhism". I dont really like the muslim2sikh website to be honest but thats just my opinion, oh well. Fateh Ji
  11. Ok this is gonna be my last post on this issue. Lets look at the basic structure of the Kirpan. Shot with E800 at 2007-07-15 The Kirpan is very sharp and looks very similar to a combat knife which is classed as a weapon. Both can wound or kill a man, so i think its pretty safe to say, yes it is a weapon. Like i said before though, it isnt just any weapon. It comes with Guru Ji's Kirpa so thats why the Kirpan gets treated with the upmost respect which the Kirpan deserves. Fateh Ji
  12. Also it isnt just any weapon. It comes with Guru Ji's Kirpa. Fateh Ji
  13. When the 5 K's was issued the Kirpan was a part of the 5 K's because we can defend ourselves using the Kirpan and we successfully did in many battles, otherwise we wouldnt be here today. Also in this day and age how can it not be used in self defence in everyday life, it can kill a man just like any other sword or dagger? If it was just a symbol we wouldnt be able to pull the Kirpan out of its case. The Guru Ji blessed us with the Kirpan so we can defend ourselves and others if need be, not to wear it for show! Please stop trying to question Guru Ji's hukum.
  14. Guru Ji is talking about the Kirpan and yes it is important because it is one of the 5 K's Guru Ji blessed us with.
  15. Thanks for the link parji, nice one. Do you know how did they ended up in Singapore?
  16. Wicked Warrior - Hit the nail straight on its head :e:
  17. Im not sure what to think about the muslims2sikh.tk website. Does the Sangaat think its a genuine website or is it propaganda?
  18. That could be Maya holding you back, theres two little voices lol and trust me Maya will do everything to hold you back. When i made the decision that i was gonna take Amrit, i had all sorts of tests. I had ex's and girls i know ringing me saying they needed to see me Asap and you know what that means, a lot of the boys i used to roll with hard was like "the Singhs have brainwashed you, come lets session and you'll forget about it", i had family saying "your not ready, you aint even got no kesh" but i knew all of that was just tests and Maya influencing people to hold me back. Sometimes you just gotta let go of everything because none of it will be following any of us after we die, we only take our actions with us and thats all that counts in Dharam Raj which im sure u know about. You will pick up Nitnem in no time, I listen to the Nitnem audio from Bhai Jarnail Singh from Damdami Taksal while reading from the Gutka Sahib, you can download it from the BOSS website. You'll pick up how to pronounce the words with relative ease if you got decent Punjabi, my Punjabi was very poor, actually still is but i picked up the Nitnem very quick with Guru Ji's kirpa. I aint saying all this to force you take Amrit or anything its just that i related to your query because i went through the exact same thing so id thought id share a bit of my expierence with you. But yeh the best advice i can give is just do Ardaas and ask for the hukum from Maharaj Ji. Fateh Ji
  19. I agree with Tarrandeep penji 100%. Ive only recently taken Amrit, i was a monah before and never kept rehit or anything because i wasnt aware of the teachings of Guru Ji and never grasped the concept of what actually a Sikh is. Once Guru Ji blessed me with the gian i understood what i had to do. I did Ardaas and the decision to take Amrit asap was made. Right about now im learning as i go. Aslong as you got the pyaar for Maharaj Ji thats all that counts, dont listen to anyone who says you should wait or whatever, we never know whats gonna happen tommorw. At the end of the day its between you and Waheguru, no one else. If you got that little voice in your head saying take Amrit, then do it and everything will fall into place. If he wants your head, he will take it, theres nothing no one can do to stop that hukum. When Guru Gobind Singh Ji asked for 5 heads, he didnt ask for anything else apart from their heads. Aslong as your willing to give your head to the Khalsa, thats all that counts. Hope that helps. Fateh Ji
