  2. VJKKVJKF jee Well the whole reason we don't INTAKE tobacco is because it intoxicates us, it completely changes the state of our mind. So as long as you didn't drink it (which I hope you didn't lol) then there is nothing to worry about, you haven't 'broken' your amrith. However, if you drank it trying to get urself drunk then you might want to go pesh (if you're not hospitalised that is) lol joke. Best thing to do is just not buy perfume. Problem sorted =) But yeah, just remember what the 4 bujjar kurehat's are and ensure you know WHY they are there. That way you will know what is nothing to worry about and what is =) p.s. amrith cant be 'broken' that easily... Apologies if anything I said offended you. VJKKVJKF jee
  3. The point that gurbaanee is the cure still stands tho, because nothing more than reading gurbaanee can cure u. u just need patience and most importantly faith.

  6. Negative language also makes gaps in your spiritual earnings! theres no humility or honour in those that swear, disgusting. Some people even claim that mahaaraaj used to swear! i was lyk wat the flip! There r some crazy people out there....
  7. Added it. Sorry, I thought that info was on the forum which you need to be registered with, but it wasn't
  8. "Since its birth two years ago the English Defence League has stood resolutely against radical Islam and against the Islamists that are trying to spread their extremism across the UK. In those two years we have respected the rights of Muslims to worship in peace. Despite the fact that we know Mosques are the centres of the radicalisation of Muslims across Britain, we have always refrained from protesting near mosques or from allowing our membership to interfere in anyway with the mosque, its structure or its worshippers. We respect all places of worship be they mosque, temple, synagogue, gurdwara or church, and believe that these buildings should be respected by all our members and all members of the British public. They should certainly not be subjected to hateful vandalism; whether it's desecration of graves, smashing of windows, the dumping of pork products in doorways, daubing of swastikas or ill-informed graffiti. Tonight, rumours are going around that a Sikh gurdwara, amongst many other religious buildings, has been vandalised, and that it has been daubed with the letters EDL. We are shocked and dismayed at this as we have many Sikh members and this is something that we condemn unreservedly. We are certain that this wanton act of vandalism was not carried out by any EDL supporters. We do a great deal to educate our supporters about the nature of radical Islam, and are constantly on the look out for trouble-makers who might damage our cause. We cannot believe that any genuine EDL supporters would commit such a hateful act, as it clearly has no relation to what we stand for. We can only assume that the vandals' purpose was to implicate us in a crime that we clearly had no involvement in. Why would the EDL, which peacefully protests against radical Islam in the best traditions of English tolerance and respect, attack a Sikh gurdwara? The answer is quite simple. We wouldn't. An attack on a place of worship is a direct attack on the local community. An attack on a community is an attack on us all, irrespective our religious beliefs. We sincerely hope that the police catch the perpetrators of this crime and throw the book at them – just as they should with anyone caught rioting or looting on our streets." 9. So far on this thread we have a singh that needs to get married and a singhnee just posted ^^^ needing to get married... Anyone thinking what im thinking??? Amarjit Kaur bhenjee, sort it out!
  10. i was informed that hair dryers damages your hair
  11. keep them locked up forever, they might end up meditating in their cell and get some sojhee/understanding! but if the person would have been hung then it would be paap on the heads of those who put capital punishment into place as they stopped the person from getting the chance to do that bhagathee.
  12. Firstly, iv got to say... iv been unfortunate enough to watch aka amazing, and his vids hav some level of gandh in it wich isnt right for gursikhs to wach/listen to. And secondly, jusreign may help 'promote' sikhi here and ther, but ther r things that r just not ryt. Like that video where he goes and sees a big mela and ther are panjabi songs being played and he says hes never seen this before and found it odd (at wich point i thought, at least he knows its wrong, because that the impression he gave wen he sed that) but next thing u knw he starts supporting backstage! And he's too comfortable with it girls, DEFINITELY not a sikh's actions. I somehow cannot imagine guru nanak dev jee maharaaj supporting something like this. what im trying to say is, this thread should have been posted on a panjabi forum, not on Sikh Sangat.
  13. Just let everybody believe what they want to believe, if mahaaraaj wants them to see another view of the issue then mahaaraaj will make them see it. So I say allow this topic and lets go and do something useful.... jap jap naaam!!!
  14. Don't know about Sikh Channel, but I seen him on Sikh TV. From the parchaar I've heard him do (and I must admit I haven't heard much), it seems pretty good, his style really pulled me in. Hmmm... anybody have any evidence of him doing anti-gurmat parchaar?
  15. inMdw kir kir bhu Bwru auTwvY ibnu mjUrI Bwru phucwvixAw ]4] ni(n)dhaa kar kar bahu bhaar out(h)aavai bin majooree bhaar pahuchaavaniaa ||4|| By continually slandering others, they carry a terrible load, and they carry the loads of others for nothing. ||4||
  16. Ok KALLY, help me understand your view. So what you're saying is that if somebody brutally raped your mum in front of you and your dad and then the other 20 friends of that guy joined in, and then beat and burnt your dad alive (god forbid!), and then 30 years later the people who ordered those guys to do that to your family were never ever punished and were walking around and treated like kings, you would honestly just forgive them and forget them?
  17. oh, i see somebody's alredy sed wt i just sed, thats cuz as i was typing, people had already posted lol
  18. You CLEARLY don't know much about 1984... If those people who committed the 1984 crimes were dead right now then we wouldn't need to make such a massive issue about it, but guess what KALLY! THEY'RE STILL ALIVE!!!!! HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW THAT????
  19. However, these people never became good. Even being given opportunities to become good they never did, as these people have clearly been programmed (sent by god) to be like this, this is their karam, they have to be like this in this life, therefore we have to do something about it. If they turn around and actually ask for forgiveness and begin to do some acts of righteousness then chardhee kalaa! Who the hell do we think we are to take dharam raaj's authority into our own hands?!?!?
  20. Getting a certificate saying that a person has been practising those specific things is just a potentially massive ego booster, explain where on earth is the Gurmath in that?
