Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh We should see no difference between Maharaj and our own fathers, that is the level of pyaar we should have. Upholding the honour of dhur ki bani is the duty of every Sikh, these two Sikhs did what they felt was best to bring a dusht to justice. We should see any defamation to Maharaj as someone doing besti of our own fathers. You wouldnt stand for that but because its Maharaj its easy to overlook? If we look at Sikh history we can see that Sikhs are a warrior race, not out of revenge or anger but to uphold honour and fight for justice. Even from a young age we see Shastar in the Gurdwara's, whether we have the courage to pick them up is a different question altogether. None of your points regarding the Gurdwara's activities seem anti Sikhi!!!!!! Your trying to make a dig at the Taksaal and how the committee are running the Gurughar. If it hurts u so much why dont u find another Gurughar or take my advice from before and go and speak to the committee. People like you make issues out of absolutley nothing and then continue to post on the site as way to create some sort of support for your cause. It does not seem like anyone on Sikh sangat is going to be able to help you. From what I was told during my amritsanchar if u break ur kachera rehat as in are out of your kachera completely (both legs) you should see the panj pyaare for pesh. You dont need to go immediatly as a matter of life and death, wait for the next amrit sanchar and ask them.

It may be a better idea to contact the LSE sikh soc committe and complain to them. Or you can contact BOSS as they may also be able to help.

There are some things that I regret not doing I spoke to a learned Gursikh and he explained that it could be that Maharaj has something else instore for you. There may be some other reason why He would rather have you fulfilling your gristi jeevan instead of attending uni. Sometimes we do things like our bani and follow maryada as a robot you need to develop a love for Maharaj and Bani, this will come from increasing bani. A kathavachak once said to me that if your after Anand (bliss) then read Anand Sahib five times or if you cant read one Anand Sahib in the time it takes to read five. The overal message is increase your bani, listen to katha and kirtan aswell as all three go hand in hand. Th most important thing is to do Ardas to Maharaj and actually ask for wot it is you feel your missing. Go to the extent to beg for that fulfillment Maharaj will listen to your ardas. Always keep in mind in Kalyug there are things that will work against you but you need to face life as a challenge from Maharaj.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh Bikrami calendar was the hindu calendar that was around at the times of the Guru Sahibs. The SGPC have re invented their own calendar starting from Guru Nanak Dev Ji's birth year and called it Nanakshahi which is used by most Gurdwara's I havent been able to find much research on the new calendar but does the sangat have any objection to it? Is it that you cant read your bani in which case you need to learn or that you dont want to get up earlier to do your nitnem? However it is important to try and read your nitnem every morning even if it means getting up earlier to do it. Listening to your nitnem is fine but then you dont want to start your amritdhari life half heartedly. Doing bani is the most important part of becoming an Amritdhari.- It may even help to get a Santhea teacher who can help you with reading and pronunciation. I hope I didnt offend or upset you.
