I used to be a heavy egg eater (6). You can say I used to live on eggs!!! (6) Once I made an omelette out of 4 eggs and had it (6) . Next thing, I was lying down with a killing stomach ache :'( . u dont have to use shampoo daily...juz wet it fully, but yes u gotta wash it daily even if its only water. its really amazing to finish everything before sunrise, but if u cant, dont worry. as long as the clothes are not revealing or provocative, its all good.my 1 cent

When is the best time to do it...probably Amritvela but need more info. 3. Is it true that it is to be done for 40 days with water kept near you (as some say/believe that the water helps in curing ailments) ?? thanks
