  1. –Panth = collective/brotherhood/group NOT SECT http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khalsa_Panth why are there so many hindus/hindu sympathisers on this forum, trying to distort Sikhi?? all these fake practices of hindus were debunked by Guru Nanak Ji in Asa Ki Vaar
  2. need more signatures people!!!!! watch this short film to see the same tactics that were/are being used against the Sikhs being used against another minority group the maoists.....despicable remember the 'cats' criminals let out of prison and told to dress like Sikhs and go around villages to rape and kill and then shout Khalistan
  3. umm NO your the one with the incorrect definition..... ਕੀਟ = insect/worm look it up in a Gurmukhi to English dictionary read the definition of ਕੀਟਾ in Jap Ji Sahib
  4. The organisation of this group is subtle yet surprisingly coherent. It is interesting to note the that all the banners and placards seem to be created by the same people(same fonts, same boards), the use of language is very careful, I only saw the word Sikh once, it was on a banner that said something...something...control freak Sikhs (ironically out of the 8-10 Dastar Singhs there, one of them was standing next to this banner) it is quite clear from the sentiments of the speakers that they consider themselves not to be Sikhs of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj but rather Ravidassass followers of Bhagat Ravidass and other ''living Gurus''. They never used the word Kirpan but they called for: ''a ban on all killing weapons'' and had a picture of a Kirpan (with a Khanda on the scabbard), a sub machine gun, and some kitchen knives. I am sure the organisers are intelligent enough to notice: 1) the sale, purchase and storing of firearms in the UK is very tightly regulated, currently there are only 3 ways to obtain firearms in the UK - if you are a farmer or licensed pest control, a sports shooter (member of gun club) or serious collector (very restricted). Even then legal owners are limited exclusively to non automatic shot guns, pistols and single shot rifles. 2) The Kirpan is allowed to be worn in the UK under the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (section 139) and Offensive Weapons Act 1996 (section 3 and 4) allow for a Sikh to carry a Kirpan for religious reasons (other reasons allowed by the Act are cultural or work related reasons). The Criminal Justice Act 1988 safeguards the rights of Sikhs to carry the Kirpan as it is deemed a necessary part of their religion. 3) It is illegal in the UK to sell knives to under 18's, however no amount of legislation can ban the sale of kitchen knives. 4) If someone really wanted to kill you, they can do so with their hands or with any heavy/blunt/sharp object or push you off a roof hit you with a car, in fact the choices are only limited by our imagination. More over the organisers of this event knew that one day of protest is not likely to change anything. So what did they achieve??? !) showed (in the eyes of the press) just after hyde park 84 Remembrance March dis-unity among Sikhs, we are all very aware of how this whole charade has played out in the media from the killing of rama nand to the Ravidassass march it has been portrayed as a Sikh thing, when it is not. !) Showed the support they have of the bhaman government, they were allowed to hand in a petition at the Indian embassy, a place where Sikhs are not allowed (84 marches) !) Boosted support among their Ravidassass community, thus further separating themselves from Sikhi !) Further exposed themselves to the UK administration as a distinctly separate body (I think this was the first ever Ravidassass march, but not sure). All of this Ravidassass, Namdhari, Nirankari, Astosh, 3HO, Noormalia, baba/dera culture ect is all part of a bigger and deeper plot... the plan of the bhamans, no messing around, is to totally control the leadership of Sikhs either directly or via intermediates now that may seem farfetched but if we analyse the current situation both inside and outside of India it is quite evident that at the very least our higher echelons of leadership are being influenced by outside sources, namely the G.O.I. Inside India the main focus is on instilling and supporting leaders favourable to the bhaman elite, propaganda and subtle discrimination and propagation of practices that are anti Sikh. That’s why Punjab has the highest number of drug users per capita the highest number of liquor stores, mobile sex testing vans that also provide subsidised abortions (killing baby girls). Then there is the continued and heavy use of harmful fertilizers that cause cancer and other health problems not to mention the fact that they damage the soil. Now if you combine this all together what do we have? A Punjab that is drugged and liquored up a higher ratio of boys to girls bad water and sanitation poisonous soil the dissemination of the Sikh way of life and teachings in a bhaman approved route. Outside India G.O.I intelligence agencies try to disrupt and influence Gurdwara elections, so that they can either have a favourable leader in place (think sohi in Southall, who for 14years didn’t even allow the Sangat to discuss Shaheeds let alone send a coach to the marches) or make us look bad by making us fight amongst ourselves. Then there’s the whole bollywood crap turning Singhs into jokes in all their movies - further propaganda. These are serious issues that unless directly addressed and confronted threaten to divide us. We have to as Sikhs have ZERO tolerance for any attack on our way of life, it is our duty. But that doesn’t necessarily mean killing or violence, ZERO tolerance is more about challenging and questioning being intellectually superior to these lost sheep it means correcting any distortion, misinformation or misrepresentation of the facts on the spot!! We are lucky that our forefathers and young soormeh cemented our reputation as great warriors, let us uphold that reputation with our words and deeds, and when the time comes for direct military action they know we won’t back down, we never have and never will.
  5. i believe singh soldier is correct in his definition of the word ਕੀਟ SGGS Gurmukhi-English Dictionary P. n. Worm, insect SGGS Gurmukhi-English Data provided by Harjinder Singh Gill, Santa Monica, CA, USA. English Translation Insect. http://www.srigranth.org/servlet/gurbani.d...%A9%80%E0%A8%9F also the word ਕੀਟ appears in Jap Ji Sahib: ਕੀਟਾ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਕੀਟੁ ਕਰਿ ਦੋਸੀ ਦੋਸੁ ਧਰੇ ॥ Kītā anḏar kīt kar ḏosī ḏos ḏẖare. Among worms, you would be considered a lowly worm, and even contemptible sinners would hold you in contempt. so yes krishna is called a worm....
  6. also, please provide examples of how i go from sounding intelligent to 'quite amateurish ' i will try to accommodate also the intention is to get across some emotion, as many familys were killed, Mothers, Sisters, daughters horrifically abused and many thousands of Fathers, brothers and sons tortured and murdered in fake encounters, so yes there is an underlying tone of aggrievement
  7. THIS IS WHAT I SAID in relation to all your hype and propaganda about how 'our' girls are getting converted and our boys getting beaten up: What we are doing in relation to this film is a form of Sikhi Parchaar, dispelling falsifications and educating as to the reality of our traditions and way of life!! When you were talking about these conversions I said that Sikhi Parchaar is the best solution as it will stop the problem arising in the first place; as educated people are empowered to protect themselves from ideological attacks and false propaganda. If all our youth were aware of their rich history and noble traditions then they would have a greater love and affinity for Sikhi. I'm not angry in fact I'm quite happy that these HINDU EXTREMISTS are trying to release a film about the murderous KPS Gill as it gives us an excellent opportunity to air our opinions and grievances about this callous man. GOI has tried to close this issue and keep referring to Gill as a super cop when he's just a devious murderer who sanctioned the use of vile tactics against Sikhs (and their families) who fought for SIKHI and the Sikh Way of Life! I dont need to know what the script is. I know what the intention behind the film is. When has India ever shown Sikhs as freedom fighters? Bollywood has a track record of insulting and mocking Sikhs. It is in the indian political interest to subjugate minorities in favour of the Hindu majority. That is why Naxalites, Tamils, Dalits, Christians, Muslims, Sikhs and all other minorities are being killed and abused. This is not a recent occurrence but has been happening since the partition. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1O2WwESwJhw watch this film and you see how the tactics being used are exactly the same as the ones being used against the Sikhs and other minorities. I don't believe I'm jumping the gun, I believe im organising a strong resistance and creating and facilitating a pre-emptive strike as I advised you to do in relation to the issue of conversions, namely education as a means of prevention and deterrence. Who's sent a petition? At this stage we're just collecting signatures. Also there are measures in place to ensure the authenticity and validity of data gathered. Also I did not tell you not to create posters, rather I sarcastically commented on your desire to 'do something': for which im sorry if I offended you.

  13. the standard is set by Guru Ji not by us (thank God) otherwise every jannaa khannaa would be a Sikh. the standard is so high it almost seems unattainable, yet we have historical proof that it is attainable.... Why do you think the standard is so high? Purity by the nature of its definition is pure, without blemish, not one speck of dirt otherwise it would be almost pure. The realm of the infinite (Vaheguru) is absolute. Only in the physical existence do we create complexities and varying distinctions. Vaheguru has created and set out a divine path, to walk upon which requires unwavering discipline and dedication. The journey will create a character that is the very reflection of the pure and infinite. The standard is so high and divine that merely travelling upon the forged path liberation is attained.......
  14. not only is sexism prevalent in the doctrines and scriptures of Hinduism and hindu culture, there is also a severe undercurrent of racism and bigotry... the words aryan and swastika are used in vedic/bhraman scripture in reference to a master race. It is accepted in hinduism that only a bhraman is divine and capable of bestowing divinity upon others... all others are considered inferior and incapable of attaining freedom from this life and oneness with God... this is the same ideology that was exploited by hitler in reference to his version of a master race. Hinduism is an exploitative and oppressive religion like all other religions.... only Sikhi preaches love and equality amongst mankind and has empowered its adherents to stand against tyranny and oppression.
  15. lol i think the person is trying to say jaat-paat jaat=cast paat=family lineage both of which should not be referred to if you are a true Sikh, as they are used to discriminate between individuals of higher/lower perceived casts and lineage
  16. the ghost of xmas cast ?? or a cast related shoe??
  17. you've reminded me of a story: There once were two Sikhs, one of them was a bana wearing Sikh and had the correct image, he had his Panj Kakkar and wore his bana with pride and kept his appearance in an immaculate condition. But his heart was not clean and his mind was filled with bad/dirty thoughts. Then there was another Sikh who did not have the outer appearance she cut her hair and wore what every she felt like but her heart was pure, and her mind was filled with good thoughts, and she prayed everyday. which do you think attained oneness with Vaheguru?? Neither..... The standards of Vaheguru are so high that Vaheguru requires both, outside and inside to be pure..... it is not enough to to be half a Sikh, there is a set path: SIKHI that doesnt mean both people went to hell or whatever, Vaheguru is infinitally merciful, it just means they did not attain oneness with Vaheguru, they could have been reborn and given another chance or something...
