  1. It was established that soldier is a bahmin troll early on. Would be best to ignore him.
  2. Interested in the Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji Bhindranwale katha of Jap Ji Sahib, how many parts will there be and will there be original Gurmukhi script of Sant Ji's writing so we can read both ENglish and Gurmukhi? Thanks for sharing
  3. It's quite certain that Trump will NOT be winning the republican primary unless a miracle happens now. Looks like we're ending up getting the bandari aka Hillary Clinton. She was responsible for the death of many soldiers and has mishandled foreign policy so many times. To top it off she was one of the rats who were for the invasion of Iraq. I never liked Trump, but I dislike Hillary with a passion. She accepts money from anyone and will say anything to win the election.
  4. I'm not surprised anymore.
  5. I think it's a huge beadbi given the context of the article. They have murtian openly displayed. Old Sikh Gurdware didn't even have simple pictures or drawings - they were so simple. What caused the sangat in Manila to this?

    Exactly brother. Agreed completely
  7. Agreed completely about the regressive left as being the reason why we're in the current situation. With that said I think you give more credit to far right than they deserve - they have no long term plan, but are simply learning from being utterly annihilated by Obama twice and adapting to combat the regressive left's agenda (In what they see as the right way). I think the problem we get is we're quick to label the left or right as being inherently good or bad and devoid of sincere intentions. That's why I do not agree that the right has some sort of a hidden agenda to exterminate brown people ever lol. Most people are pretty good people, but those who are more conservative tend to have a smaller thresh-hold of tolerance when it comes to issues like national security, infringement on 2nd amendment rights and illegal immigration. I am firmly of the belief that 9/11 was NOT a conspiracy and thus it was started by a demented ideology which would still be there if there wasn't an American foreign policy. The war in Iraq was simply a catalyst to a very fine line that Saddam had preserved through ah violent dictatorship - once that region was destabilized the beast was released and now it's too late to put a lid on it. For those who are trying to make a case that it was our foreign policy that solely caused the mess that we're in: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ali-a-rizvi/an-atheist-muslims-perspective-on-the-root-causes-of-islamist-jihadism-and-the-politics-of-islamophobia_b_3159286.html
  8. No one said that. He is branded as brave for his courageous actions as a police officer. Also, I would say it's also brave to ask Trump a critical question that has not yet been asked. Kudos to Lt Brian Murphy.
  9. Cowardly for what reason? If it's for not arming themselves, it's mainly because of Punjabi parents fear of guns, but I know plenty who pack. Reread what I said, I'm from a liberal state, but from a conservative area and have been throughout the country. The reason why the far right in UK/EU is how it is right now is because of the liberal politician's policy of ignoring a problem and catering to the Islamo"phobia" lobbyists which in turn created many irreversible problems (as seen currently unfolding). As for your comment on your claim that Trump is the cause - that isn't true. The same individuals will still be there regardless whether or not Trump is the candidate. The people who run those pages are also Trump supporters so painting it black and white isn't accurate. Read the article I linked in my previous post - a lot of apologists try to claim that the problem stems strictly from foreign policy. It had a play in catalyzing the problem, but it didn't 'create' the problem that we're facing. My radar for non-Sikhs posting as Sikhs and radar for trolls is relatively accurate...I don't think he's a Sikh.
  10. Last time I checked Trump didn't support the war in Iraq which destabilized the Middle East - he has only spoken out against Islamic immigration, not because he's racist, but because of the problems that are unfolding around the world with extremist attacks. He has said A LOT of dumb things, but what you see is what you get with him. Hillary, on the other hand, is a very conservative liberal who flip flops if it will make her seem better to the general, uninformed public. If you've followed this election, you'll see that Hillary has evolved into what she is now by BLATANTLY copying everything that Bernie Sanders is saying. Currently the only anti establishment candidates are Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump - neither will cater to Israel lobbyists. This is the reason why both of them are being vilified in the media, but Trump is a bit more because he doesn't know when to shut up lol. Also, who said he wants a "white population emboldened to take jihadis at street level if required?" That seems like plain fearmongering - I live in a relatively conservative part of a liberal state and it's very easy for a law abiding Sikh American to get a concealed weapons permit for various handguns and there is no bar to obtain firearms and conservatives want to keep it this way for law abiding/respecting citizens. I've seen various gunpages of rightwing conservatives who also have posted Sikh identity awareness posts after racist Trump supporter attacks on Sikh Americans. The reason why Trump is parading the flag against political correctness is because fake liberals like Clinton have failed to address the extremist problems which we all know ends up imploding - the UK and europe are a good example of this. Not true at all - most Caucasian gun owners that I know and have met are very respectful and are more knowledgeable than the stereotype makes them out to be. That's just plain wrong and they have no problem with other law abiding citizens with arming themselves either... He answered the question in the end and the way he answered it made it very clear that's a given for him. I am unapologetic about my wording because I'm referring to those who host Islamo"phobia" conventions - namely because of this article: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ali-a-rizvi/an-atheist-muslims-perspective-on-the-root-causes-of-islamist-jihadism-and-the-politics-of-islamophobia_b_3159286.html
  11. You jumped the gun. He was almost fatally wounded after saving the lives of many Sikh Americans in a terrorist attack on American soil.He is the definition of a hero.
  12. He said he is for supporting minority rights clearly in video. Like I said previously only victim mentality and self hate is making punjabis think Trump and right is against them. Salute to Lt Murphy. It's the hippy "Sikh" orgs that always bend to islamist apologist propaganda that spread fearmongering and victim mentality. Saying that I'm still pretty liberal myself but I would like to think I'm independent in my thinking. If Hillary is the nominee I am actually probably going to change my vote to Trump unless it's Bernie.
  13. It will be hard to approach your real parents. Vaheguru. Hope you find your path way back man

    Veganism

Agreed that is why I'm not vegan and just vegetarian. Veganism is great so long as there isn't a holier than thou attitude with one who follows it. Respect to people who can but like I said in my first page that it's wrong to become complacent.

Although that isn't a reliable source, it is correct due to knowing what the true range is., .6-1.1g is very reasonable and essential - most people will passively get this amount of protein in their diet just from eating an average vegetarian meal. With some work it's easy to hit your exact desired macros on a lean bulk...The only way to build muscle is to ensure you're at the very least at .6gxlb of body weight. If someone weighs 180 lbs - 108g of protein is very very easy. When someone is trying to 'gain' muscle 108g is MORE than enough to put on muscle mass. Only time you should look into playing with your protein and carbs is when you're cutting (like I posted previously). The reason why I touched the steroid subject is because this subject is a pet peeve of mine. A lot of Punjabi people on social media begin to talk about nutrition and whatnot because somehow they've become an authority on the subject by gaining a ridiculous amount of muscle in an unreasonable amount of time (hint: their endocrine system isn't natty lol). I apologize for the condescending steroid comment, but still stick to what I'm saying. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4033492/ Read the macronutrient intake subsection. Someone who is a bodybuilder and does that competition stuff, only they will require a higher source of protein because they're trying to get to an unsustainable dry look to look very lean for the stage. Going catabolic until you are very lean requires high protein to retain the muscle mass and lose body fat - it's not sustainable. When you have a higher bodyfat percentage it is very easy to put on muscle mass so long as you're intaking the BARE minimum protein - you will be anabolic so long as you're in a caloric surplus. edit- The reason why there is no such thing as healthy weight is because it's subjective. A 5'10" male at 160 lbs can be a lean athlete whereas another 5'10" male at 160 lbs can be skinnyfat.

I'm on my phone but when I'm on desktop I will disprove your broscience. Look at my post 3 posts or so ago and then tell me I support what youre saying.

Again just because you have been lifting for x number of years it doesn't mean you know Jack about nutrition and lifting. Chances are you're probably on roids/datdere if you even don't know the basics.I don't care what you eat like I said keep that to yourself but you are spewing misinformation and broscience which has been disproved in the scientific community and among lifters who acknowledge nutrition and how body works. Again there is no such thing as healthy body weight lol You're a fool if you argue about whether or not you should eat meat so I won't discuss that with you nor do I care but if you try to say you need that much protein to make natural limit gains then i will disprove it. Even when a person is on a caloric deficit to get leaner and you want to carb cycle its easy for a vegan to get that much protein.

I don't care for your arguments about how to get protein, but you're spewing broscience. Your body can't process over a certain amount of protein - the reason why people carb cycle and change it up is to control their blood insulin levels to cut or bulk and also change carb intake to time a workout, account for volume increase or decrease or whether they're on a cut or a bulk. You can gain maximum amount muscle on minimum protein and a high carb diet, but you can also do the same on a lean bulk where you only gain a minimum amount of fat and the same amount of protein. Gaining muscle is a very very slow process, but you can get strong as you gain weight (ie. get fat) quick. What people don't realize when they get strong and then cut and are disappointed that they don't have much muscle to show is they don't account for how much actual muscle it's naturally possible to gain in x time frame. Also there is no such thing as healthy weight - that is what broscientists use to say something that doesn't mean anything at all. Stating your LBM/BF%, height, weight and deadlift/squat/bench/OHP will be a better way to tell if you're at a "healthy weight". I always laugh when Punjabis try to justify their meat eating because they "lift" and want to "maximize gains". Fact is you don't have a basic understanding of nutrition and human physiology - once you've read up on it please come back and tell me whether or not you need to consume (X.Xprotein*bodyweight in lbs) lol. This is kind of unrelated, but it's very relevant:

    Veganism

Veganism is great, but I'm vegetarian myself. Compassion should also be extended to all life forms - not just sentient beings. Plants are a life form and ethical agricultural practices should also be supported. With that said I'm not a blind supporter of organic - those who don't have a knowledge of crop yield and population and blindly support pure organic products, you're essentially also supporting the starvation of a select number of people. Nothing is black and white and getting complacent in being a vegetarian or vegan isn't enough. There should be logic and reasoning behind what you do - not just confirmation biases that support your viewpoint. With that said I don't think vegetarianism or veganism gives a person any sort of spiritual or higher avasta - only meditation/bhagti/prem can do that and that will flow through all your actions in my opinion. My support of vegetarianism and veganism comes from how it's the most ethical way to consume food and ensures the survival of all life on the planet.
  20. Didn't even know there was such a feature. Imagine the time I could have saved if I had known about this earlier lol
  21. The troubling video to me is the first one, not because the kid got a well deserved beating, but because I wouldn't doubt if interest groups such as RSS paid him off to do that and then planned to get him caught to ensure it was on video. My guess would be they're trying to get Sun Hundal types and other groups to try to make a case against Sikhs, but it won't work because he simply just got a mere beating and half of them were even saying to not hit him anymore. They beat him and let him go about his business which I think is perfectly fair. With that said I wouldn't doubt if the kid simply thought the bana looked "cool" and soon realized he made a very very big mistake lol
