Maharajah Ranjeet Singh received 50 lashes for marrying a non Sikh. Guru Nanak Dev Ji refused to get married the Hindu way and wrote on a piece of paper ' Ik Onkaar, Sat Gur Prasaad '. This is where Gurbani started, this is the start of the Anand Karaj and set the way for Sikhs to be married as such. Guru Gobind Singh Ji closed the chapter by giving out in one of his 52 Hukams, a Sikh girl should not be given to a clean shaven ( non Sikh ). All Sikhs were meant to Amrithdari, there was not meant to be no middle ground but over the years, we as a community have allowed this to happen.

thats more than enough, its all about form and make sure when your lifting do 2 seconds up and 2 seconds down. I highly reccomend scoobysworkshop. Just google it and you will see the link. He has a full training regime from beginners to advanced. Everything he teaches can be done at home without spending money on the gym. Its all good home based training. I highly recommend you also increase your protein intake. I recommend taking in 1.5grams of protein per pound of your body weight. you can google convert kilos to pounds and then calculate yourself how much protein you need to take. Although scoobysworkshop will have everything you need. As per above, do not move onto free weights until you can lift your own weight. If you can do atleast 10 good slow push ups and pull up then you may move on to light weights

First question have you got weights? and if so what types of weights, free etc? Last note, stomach fat is the last place where fat will leave from. Its funny because it starts there first and comes off last from there.

I agree with what you have said, especially the meat thing. Its scientific fact that the human body cannot breakdown maas completely, Waheguru never intended that maas be eaten by hey ho. Each to their own. In regards to the dairy products, this is true but if people wish to eat the dairy stuff I recommend not eating it after 5pm and also go for the lower fat options.

I take it your not a Sikh then because to be called a Sikh one must follow the teachings of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. That includes taking Amrit so when you take Amrit and become Gursikh, you automatically abolish the caste system. Caste is a Hindu string not a Sikhi teaching. To believe its ok to stay within caste is to go against Guru Granth Sahib Ji. caste is not race

Sikhi is against rituals and what is jhatka for tilak, its a baseless ritual, empty and no need for it all, never was. You know what though, it was meant to happen. I read many a times form different sources of information and books that Guru Gobind Singh Ji said that if anyone makes a shrine in my name, their children will perish. Now Maharaja Ranjit Singh not only once went against Khalsa by marrying a Muslim and then received 50 lashes by the order of Akali Phula Singh, fair enough he apologised and moved but then Hazur Sahib was built by the orders of Maharaja Ranjit Singh as well for Guru Gobind Singh Ji and they have a photo of Guru Gobind Singh Ji on the walls above Guru Granth Sahib Ji maharaaj, the events following this is pretty evident of how Ranjit Singhs children perished for their fathers acts as per Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Beadbi still happens with the jhatka tilak ( Hindu ritual which was placed by the mahants when in late 1800s the Singhs and Kaurs fled to jungles to avoid violent conflict.
