Dear Insaan, Sometimes like you people lead a good life, do paath, avoid all the bad foods and drinks and vices, but then we forget one thing, exercise! Get your back sorted by getting proper advice from the Doctor and then get into exercise. Pick something you enjoy, Gatka, running, cycling, swimming, Gym, stretching, football, walking/rambling, anything you enjoy. Start off slowly and just keep on progressing! Don't forget to take advice from your Doctor, and recover, before you start your new exercise regime!

We'll never know. Unless, we create an atmosphere of freedom of expression in the Punjab, where the Sikhs can give their true opinion without being tortured, jailed or killed for making their opinion (and then their families are raped, tortured and murdered too!). Because, as we all know, there has been thousands of Sikhs tortured, raped, jailed and killed for expressing a wish to have their own homeland and self rule in india. That's why the Government of India keep Human Rights Organisations out of the Punjab. Many Human Rights Organisations, like Amnesty International, have, and are being, kept out of the Punjab! If Amnesty International, and other Human Rights Organisations were let into the Punjab, I think you would find that there would be a very clear majority of Sikhs in the Punjab who would vote for a Free Sikh Homeland in the Birth Place of their SIkh Reilgion, the Punjab!

hsisingh, and Dal Singh, and West London Singh, At the risk of me being shot down in flames by all three of you... is there any chance you could add a post to this thread just to confirm that, as far as Sikhi and the Satkaar of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaaj is concerned, you all agree that Dudley is totally wrong in all his points on this thread, and that there is no excuse to consume Alcohol on Gurdwara related Premises? I am not saying this would make you best friends or anything. However, it would send that Dudley man a very clear message that none of you Sikhs agree with him supporting the disrespecting of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaaj! You don't have to make friends. Just put add your posts individually to send a clear message to that Dudley man! Otherwise, he will just get pleasure in knowing that he got 3 of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaaj’s Sikhs to argue with each other! Let’s not give this Dudley man that pleasure!

Thank God we have 3 Sikh TV Stations in the UK. Having 3 channels means they do a great Job between them. Competition is a good thing! I pray to Vaheguru that all 3 Channels remain on air always! It's up to the Sangat to Vote for the best Channel in the form of Support by their Mind, Body and Wealth!! Support the Channel you like the most with a Direct Debit or one off Donation, or offer your services to it. And finally, support by watching the Programmes/Channels most Panthic! If any of them do anything anti-panthic then contact the channel to give your views. This way all three Sikh TV Channels will become more and more Panthic! Sikhs will have their own Homeland by the end of April 2016!

For any religion to fix its problems it has to fix them in its homeland first. Oh! I'm sorry, I forgot, Sikhs don't have their own homeland where we can rule ourselves, we are ruled by the Government of India! Every major religion needs a headquarters to be able to complete any mission on a wider scale. Our headquarters, and the whole birth place of Sikhi, is under the rule of the Government of India (whose constitution does not even recognise Sikhs as Sikhs, but instead says Sikhs are just Hindus!). The Jathedars at the Akaal Takhat do their best, but they too, ultimately, are ruled by the Government of India, who gives all orders to the Police Force and Army. The Government of India committed the 1984 holocaust to prove that fact that they were still indeed the Rulers of the Sikhs! Many people have very very strong evidence to support that the 1984 era actions by the Government of India was in fact an attempt to wipe out the Sikhs altogether! Nobody has ever been able to deny this evidence! We need to get a Homeland for the Sikhs where the Sikhs, and all other peoples in that Sikh Homeland, are allowed to live in total freedom of religion and expression. Until we Sikhs, outside of India, get organised and actually start making a single party or organisation for Sikh Freedom, we will just have to helplessly watch on while the rights of Sikhs, who live in the Birth Place of Sikhi, the Punjab, are continually reduced! Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot, we do we have an organisation that is trying to organise and unite all Sikhs from across the world, its called the International Coalition for a Sikh Homeland. So the recipe for success is pretty straight forward. All every Sikh has to do is join the International Coalition for a Sikh Homeland, and/or one of the leading Sikh Organisations from the UK, USA, Canada and other countries which makes up the Coalition. Simple question is... how many of us will join the International Coalition of a Sikh Homeland or one of the parties within this coalition? Please see its website, they have a very clear strategy and set timescales http://freedom86.org/ Do you think EVERY Gurdwara should join this Coalition making it possible for the Sangat at that Gurdwara to support this Coalition? I can't think of a reason why any Gurdwara wouldn't want justice for the Human Rights Violations committed against the Sikhs by the Government of India since 1947, right up until the present day!

Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Brindrawale's own brother Captain Singh saw 5000 people take Amrit from Sant Ji (as part of the Panj Piyare) in 1 day! If we are given another leader like Sant Ji all we be in Chardi Kala! In the meantime, we could send in the White American and Russian Sikhs to bring the brown Punjabis back into their priceless Sikhi. Good luck to the real Christians and anyone who wants to join them. However, I have not seen anything in the above vidoes to suggest that all those starring on stage weren't simply the Pastor's own paid people. That also includes the lady in the second video who drags her feet, shakes, cries, and makes areoplane noises! It's nice to think of anyone joining any religion becuase they are inspired by it. But the cheap tricks like those above, to con people into a religion, are just plain sad!

Proactive, I totally accept your point. (Sikh Channel have moved the image anyway!). I totally agree, the Sikh Channel have do so much for the Panth which I could not have done in a million life times (I hope the Sikh Sangat on here can forgive me?). I just jumped too quickly. To make up for my mistake above I will be promoting the Sikh Channel as much as I can in Future. I will especially be promoting them on this Forum (I hope I don't get slated for promoting them!). That image being in there hit me!! You're right I should be thinking more about people who have been killed all around the world. Dear Sadh Sangat Ji, you all know that Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru, and his daughter Indira Gandhi wanted the Sikhs to forget Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the Khalsa Panth Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji started, and the 5 K's Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji gifted to the Panth!! We can all supply this forum with loads of references to statements and press releases from Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru, and his daughter Indira Gandhi, where, they clearly disrespected Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaaj, the Khasla Panth, and the 5 K’s (especially the Kirpan). All 3 of them hated the Amritdhari of the Khalsa Panth !!!<B><BR style="mso-special-character: line-break"><BR style="mso-special-character: line-break"></B> Dear Sadh Sangat Ji, you also know that it is a known fact, that, Nehru and his daughter Indira Gandhi were the direct descendants of Gangu Ram. Gangu Ram was the individual who tricked Mata Gujri Ji and the two infant Sahizade, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji (only 7 years old) and Sahibzada Fateh Singh (only 5 years old), to his house. Gangu Ram then informed the Kotwal of Morinda about their presence in his house. Then Jaani Khan brought them as prisoners to Sirhind. Faujdar Wazir Khan of Sirhind imprisoned them in the Thanda Burj (cold Fort). This lead to Mata Gujri Ji dying in the tower and the two infant Sahibzade being bricked alive. The Sahibzades knee caps were smashed in with a hammer to keep the wall straight, whist they were conscious. The wall fell when it reached their necks, and I have heard, that at that point, their throats were slit. These infant sons of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaaj endured all the pain and shaheedi to keep the Panth and the 5K’s going, which you all enjoy today. You will clearly see that Mr Dudley has an inherent hate for the Panth and the 5K’s (the Amritdhari of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaaj). I'm sure that if, Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru, and Mrs Indira Gandhi (daughter of Nehru) and descendant of Gangu Ram, were still alive to join with in the oppression and supression the Khalsa Panth which still continues in india todya, then they would all have given Mr Dudley and big hug and kiss, for continuing their work for them!!! I am sure Mr Dudley is made very happy and proud by the thought of Gandhi, Nehru, Indira, and Gangu Ram, all giving him a BIG HUG, for him continuing their work today!!
