ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ Visit GlobalGurmat.com. Really helpful. Lots of books both in English and Punjabi. Also listen to English Katha by Gursikhs like Bhai Parminder Singh Jee GNA Surrey. His Katha should be on youtube and the Guru Nanak Academy website. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ
  4. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ ||Glad to see you are actively posting on SikhSangat again. Daas loves the beautiful Sakhian you used to post and would love it if you could restart that Mahan Seva. Bhul Chul Muaaf Karna Jee
  5. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ || @simran345 Please don't take the tablets. Here's something that might help you understand why you are going through such trying times. Firstly, people who are not remembering Vaheguroo Jee in this life yet seem to have it all have already suffered for their previous Karams in Narak before retaking birth and have a "clean slate". Some of us have to suffer for those bad Karams in this lifetime instead. Guru Sahib Jee may be testing you. Please, daas requests you to read Jail Chittian or if you want the English version it is called The Autobiography of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh. They are both available on globalgurmat.com. It is the Autobiography of Bhai Sahib Jee, Jail Chittian being the original Punjabi version and the latter one is the translated English version. Furthermore, please read the story of Bhai Manj Jee. It is available on a quick Google Search. The Dukh these Gursikhs had to endure is unbelievable yet their faith remained unaltered. Also, perhaps Guru Sahib Jee is testing your faith and patience. Sant Baba Nand Singh Jee used to say that we cannot pass Guru Jee's tests unless he himself gets us to pass them. For that reason we should do Ardaas everyday that Guru Sahib Jee not test us and if Satguroo Sahib Jee ever does test us that He Himself gets us to pass. There is another Sakhi daas would like to post which daas will do so tomorrow. If it is not here, daas would appreciate a reminder, as daas may have forgotten. Although, Guru Sahib Jee does Kirpa that daas does not forget to help his sister in need. (Remember you posting once you were a sister although can't remember. Do let daas know if he is wrong). Guru Sahib Jee Kirpa Karan.
  6. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ || Here is daas' two cents. Even if you're not able to pay attention to it all the time, you're still getting some laha out of it. And it won't hurt us to play it in our house even if we're not paying attention. Daas personally believes there is still phall in listening to Path even if there is no concentration because there are vibrations in Gurbani that will effect you regardless of whether you pay attention or not (although the more you concentrate the more laha there is). And if you personally believe it won't help if you don't pay attention, it certainly won't hurt you. So why not give it a try. Daas has personally tried and can say there is certainly a difference in one's life and it also depends on how much bharosa you have in Maharaj Jee. Bhul Chuk Muaaf Jee
  7. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ || Whenever daas feels really low in his faith in Vaheguroo Jee, daas listens to and sings along with Keertan, especially Raag and AKJ recordings esp. the Puratan ones. Also, daas listens to Katha and Dharna by Mahapurash. You cannot lose faith in GOD. Please listen to Bajon Pyare Koi Na Sare by Bibi Harroop Kaur Jee. It is so beautiful and true. There is true Pyaar and Ras in it. It should be on AKJ.ORG. If you cannot find it let daas know. This could just be a test. And never ever stop doing your Path. If you cannot do it for whatever reasons, do Ardaas and start your Path. But it has to be done with full Vishvaas. Sant Baba Nand Singh Jee used to say that Ardaas done with full faith is one of the strongest weapons a Sikh has. Read the story of Bhai Manj Jee as well. Furthermore, you should request five Singhs to do Ardaas in front of Maharaj Jee for you to help you regain faith and save you from the wrong path. Sing and listen to Shabads like Rakh Pita Prabh Mere, Pichle Augun Bakhs Lai Prabh(u) Agai Marah Pavai, etc. Maharaj Jee Kirpa Karan. Bhul Chuk Muaaf
  8. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ || Dasmesh Pita Jee in Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Jee states Dah Lakh (Das Lakh = 10×100,000=1,000,000) as the enemy force's size in The Battle of Chamkaur.
  9. Bhai Sahib Jee, you're right in that the question BhenJee asked was answered within your post. I was just worried that by mentioning Keski as Kakaar someone might mistake your information and an argument would form. At this point in time in the Kaum, we have more important things to worry about than infighting. Daas thinks it was Sant Jarnail Singh Jee that said something about how things like What is Kakaar, Mool Mantar Length, Raagmala etc. are all Ghar De Mamale and that the greater problem is outside of the Panth. Ghar De Mamamle can be resolved in our spare time as well. Nonetheless, wonderful post and my apologies for any misunderstanding. Bhul Chuk Muaaf
  10. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ || Bhai Sahib Jee, although daas really appreciates what you have written and that it really does have lots of Truth behind it, daas doesn't believe that we should be arguing over whether Kes or Keski is Kakaar. What it does matter is that we follow Puratan Maryada i.e. wearing Keski. Daas personally believes in Kes as Kakaar but can tell you that even Taksaal really encourages and even states that a Bibi should wear Keksi. Please don't start the argument over what is Kakaar and what is not. As long as we follow Maryada it shouldn't matter which is Kakaar. If BrahamGianis like Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Jee and Sant Baba Gurbachan Singh Jee could get along without such debates why can't we. Daas isn't saying you are starting a fight; rather daas believes such Veechar is better done in person or in a setting where it is needed. BhenJee hasn't asked whether Keski is Kakaar or not but if there is Historical or Puratan proof of Satguroo Maharaj Jee saying Bibiyan can or should wear Keski. Bhul Chuk Muaaf and if daas has said anything that shouldn't have been said please forgive and educate daas SatSangat Jee. And Bhai Sahib Jee, please do not feel offended as this is just daas two cents. Bhai Sahib Jee, also the information you have provided is very valuable and daas would like to thank you for this Gyan that you have shared.
  11. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਜਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ || Here is daas two cents. If great Gurmukhs like Sant Jarnail Singh Jee and Bhai Sahib Rama Singh Jee and Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Jee among many advised Bibiyan to wear Dastars and in their Biographies and Autobiographies have also stated to having gotten Darshan and Hukam from Guru Sahib that a women is to wear a Dastar; that Great Gurmukh Bibiyan like Mata Bhag Kaur Jee and Bhai Fauja Singh's Sri Mati Jee and Bibi Rena Kaur Jee wore Dastar, I don't think there is anything wrong with it at all. You aren't going to become Bemukh in the eyes if Maharaj Jee; if anything, Satguru Jee will probably become all the more happier that you have decided to wear even more Bana. Just daas two cents. Bhul Chuk Muaaf
  12. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ. Thank you Bhai Sahib Bhai Mehtab Singh Jee. Bhuk Chuk Muaaf
  13. vwihgurU jI kw Kwlsw vwihgurU jI kI Pqh ] Bhai Sahib Jee, could you quote the news article or source you obtained this information from for it is indeed a very victorious moment for the Panth. Bhul Chuk Muaaf
  14. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh || Your mind is going through a most dangerous phase called Shanka. Daas is also going through it and its is very hard to pull one self out. After talking to many Gurmukhs about this, these are some of the things daas has learned. Shanka is very dangerous and can and most often will lead to a loss of Sharda. One of the best things to do is just tell your mind off. Don't listen to it. Remember, Manhat Keechai Ant Vigovai. Don't listen to your mind's crazy Phurne. Furthermore, if you put 100% bharosa in Maharaj Jee, you cannot and will not listen to your mind. Have faith in Maharaj Jee. Many times we claim that we believe everything Maharaj Jee has to say. If that was the case, we would never doubt. As Bhai Sahib Jee says, this could be a test from Maharaj Jee seeing how much faith you have. But remember do Ardaas and do one to one veechar with other Gurmukhs. This really helped daas a lot. And remember, have faith Maharaj Jee and not your mind. Sri Gurbani Sahib Jee says, Sabho Sootak Bharam Hai Doojai Lagai Jaaye. To ask questions is one but to doubt is a completely different thing. I will post a couple of stories and veechars by Gurmukhs Maharaj Jee Kirpa Karan in the next few says that will help destroy these Naastil views that your mind is bringing up. In the meantime, read inspirational stories and books such as Rangle Sajjan and Sat Aukhian Ratan (if you can read Punjabi https://dl.dropbox.com/sh/id7crkcslzi3e0p/uXa6j2EvDY/Bhai%20Vir%20Singh-Books-English-Punjabi/Bhai_Vir_Singh_Punjabi/Sat%20Aukhian%20Ratan-Bhai%20Vir%20Singh%20Punjabi.pdf?token_hash=AAFa_37W58ih37derazhyhYUtrTsX1pZaBTmMnnnZQXbaQ&dl=1). They will help instill faith in you once more. Daas also requests that everyone also include daas in their Ardaasan. Please. That is a benti in the SatSangat's Pavan Pavitr Charan. Bhul Chuk Muaaf (especially with the Sri Gurbani Sahib Jee Panktis and please correct daas wherever SatSangat feels neccessary)

Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh || The followibg is an excerpt from Se Kinehiya, the biography of Sant Baba Harnam Singh Jee Rampur Khera Wale. They had a reall high Avastha and were respected by all Gursikhs and Jathebandhis at the time of there living in this world. At there funeral, there were representatives from every single Jathebandhi and Takhat in the Panth. Sant Jarnail Singh Jee Khalsa Bhindranwale were very close to them as well. They couldn't attend the funeral personally as they were busy with the Dharam Yudh Morcha so in their stead they sent Sant Baba Thakur Singh Jee Khalsa Karajkari Mukhi Damdami Taksal. START OF EXCERPT: 63 JESUS CHRIST, MOHAMED SAHIB AND BHRIGU RISHI JI APPEAR IN A VISION One day Baba Ji was in deep meditation when Jesus Christ, Mohammed Sahib and Bhrigu Rishi Ji together, appeared before him. Their faces were radiant and had spiritually bright auras around their heads. After blessing Baba Ji with this vision Hazrat Mohammed Sahib Ji spoke, You are blessed and truly fortunate to whom Guru Nanak Dev Ji has shown the direct and easy method to attain enlightenment of Almighty God especially in this age of kalyug. The followers of the Great Guru Nanak Dev are not deriving the full benefit of his teachings. After this, Bhrigu Rishi Ji spoke, In our times, we had to undergo hard penance and rigorous spiritual austerities in order to achieve enlightenment. The whole life of a man was spent in meditation and making offerings to God and even then, union with God was hard to achieve. The true nectar of naam which great Guru Nanak Dev Ji has brought for his Sikhs is remarkable; even we could not obtain this boon of naam. No doubt we amassed great spiritual and miraculous powers through rigorous meditation and penance, including powers to curse or bless anyone, but we were still deprived of the nectar of naam. Jesus Christ just said simply, It is my inner desire that my followers one day adopt the path shown by great Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Saying these words, all three prophets disappeared. END OF EXCERPT That should answer your question fairly well. Here is the link to the book. Both the Punjabi Version and English Version. Other Gurmukhs have also written as to why Gurmat is the best Path in this dark age of Kalyug and if daas can find those, will post them as well. 16. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh || Try switching schools. Also, if you have friends that you went to school with in elementary or middle school, going to the same school as them can help as they will be more accepting and understanding. Don't give up your Sikhi, PLEASE. There are many stories of Gursikhs who stood to abuse and are now well respected in the entire Sikh community. Read Bhai Manvir Singh Jee UK's blog (manvirsingh.blogspot.ca). In on of the older articles, he posts how he stopped bullying and racism against Sikhs in his small town. Let alone the only Amritdhari in his school, he was the only Amritdhari in his town! Daas will try to post some stories in the next few days to help inspire you to overcome these difficulties. Most importantly, do Ardaas and remember the Puratan Gursikhs who went through Akhai te Asaih Kast (unbearable pain and torture) but remained true to the Dharam. Read books like Rangle Sajjan (English and Punjabi version), and Jail Chittian (Punjabi)/The Autobiography of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh (English), or Sat Aukhian Ratan (Punjabi only as far as daas knows. If there is an English version and anothrt Gurmukhi Premi knows about it please let the Sangat know Here is the link to Sat Aukhian Ratan (Punjabi) https://dl.dropbox.com/sh/id7crkcslzi3e0p/uXa6j2EvDY/Bhai%20Vir%20Singh-Books-English-Punjabi/Bhai_Vir_Singh_Punjabi/Sat%20Aukhian%20Ratan-Bhai%20Vir%20Singh%20Punjabi.pdf?token_hash=AAFa_37W58ih37derazhyhYUtrTsX1pZaBTmMnnnZQXbaQ&dl=1. Jug Rusdaa Taa Rus Jaave, Rusay Naa Meraa Kalgiaa(n) Vaale. Bhul Chuk Muaaf
  19. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh || Very good translation BhenJi. According to Gurmukhs i've asked, this version is the one written by Dashmesh Pita Jee. Also there is one mistake i noticed. dhaaee lakh khalsa hove shaheed sattar lakh hindu mar jaave. 200,000 of the Khalsa will be shaheed and 700,000 Hindus will die. Dhaaee Lakh is 250,000 not 200,00. And Sattar Lakh is 7,000,000 not 700,000 Bhul Chuk Muaaf
  20. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh Very Beautiful Veechar Gurmukho. I am learning a lot from your discussion. It's amazing how little Gurmat Veechar we do even when we have the ability to communicate with international Sangat throught direct communication such as forums.

  24. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh || I don't mean to start the argument all over, so please forgive me. After all the argument on here about which Sampardayee is Sikh and if Udasis and Nirmale are Sikhs i decided to ask my Sathya Teacher. Since he took Santhya from Vade Mahapurash, i asked him what their Veechar was on the above stated Sikhs. He said Mahapurash used to tell them that there are 4 types of Sikhs: Udasis, Nirmale, Sehaj Dhari, Khande (Amrit) Dhari. All of them have different Maryadas. Please do not argue over this. I just wanted to put it put there. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh ||
