Why hasn't this topic been closed yet?! I think it would be ok 4 ur friend to take amrit as long he doesn't try to get married to a man or have a relationship wioth man afterwards. So basically like u suggested take amrit and stay alone. Although gristhee jeevan is pradhaan if u can control kaam being alone is gud 2!

read about this in the times today. I was so shocked i don't think it's made up. In fact it's perfectly likely in the u.k there are so many uneducated morons (chavs) that walk around beating up people that they think are muslims. When i walk down the street loads of people look at me weird and on a couple occasions i've had people shout at me you f**king paki get out of country or other simlar remarks. It's not your average british person but yobish white youths known as chavs that are the problem. Once i even had a young girl probably about 13 swear at me whilst walking past. Unfortunately this is the current state of the u.k especially areas with large muslim populations. The more they blow themselves up the worse it gets. And the media makes the tension worse every day with stories like muslim men beat up white male. Teacher refuses to remove headscarf. It's almost like the british government want this to happen every day on the news or in the papers theres a couple of stories that are designed to add to racial tension. They never try to down play anything they just blow it out of proportion and make it worse. Then there's politicians making public racist statements. It's joke! Wow that was a bit of ramble, may waheguru bless the poor victim of this viscious attack and gursikh pyariho be prepared and be armed this probably only the beggining it's gonna worse before it get better. International Akaali How do you know about Sant Baba Ranjit Singh Ji's amritvela routine? It's easy for you to sit behind ure computer screen and say all he does is chillout 24/7. In actual fact I KNOW he usually arrives back after the evening divaan at 11pm he then spends about one hour with the sangat. At around 12:30 he does full ishnaan gets into clean clothes and does amrtivela until 6am. He then sleeps until 10am. That's just 4 hours sleep everday! Could u do that? He then "sits around chilling" in actual fact spending time with the sagat for a maximum of two hours. Before it's time to leave for the afternoon divaan. Doesn't seem like the easy life to me. In between this he needs to do research and think about what he's gonna say in the next divaan. Next time give a different example Veerji, Sorry went a bit off topic there. Like everyone bin saying do ardaas to guruji and i'm sure he'll help you out :TH: Also what I used to do when couldn't get up is set an alarm and put it on the otherside of the room so you have to get up to turn it off. Then cause your out of bed u feel more like getting up.
