Vaheguru Johnny Veerjee, it all depends upon the situation. These days, people tend to divorce over the simplest of things. If there is a problem such as alcohol abuse, physical abuse, etc. Something that seriuos should and can result in Divorce. Think it out seriuosly if this is the right decision. Is this a problem that your wife and yourself can solve? In my opinion, Divorce in sikhi ISNT wrong if it involves something as seriuos as physical, alcohol, drug, abuse, etc. bull chaak maauf karnee.

Its not about moving on its about realizing that does this not happen not only in Gurdwaras but in everday society. I personally know a friend of mine and she was raped and molested by her dad when she was a young girl and despite all that even today being 16 years old she still has trobouling hearing the words "rape" and "molestation" because it brings back horrible memories to her. These sikhs need justice to what is going on. This needs to be stopped. Gurdwaras are the home of God. Would Guru Gobind Singh Jee just stand around and let this injustice happen? No he would try and figure out a soultion or at least a way to curve down how many times this is happening. It is not right!! You guys dont even know how upset it makes me to read this stuff and to see sikhs our brothers and sisters who suffer from this. Its time to stand up and make a difference guys! What you should worry about is: 1)Are you doing enough simran? Not nearly enough as I should 2)Are you doing enough paath?? Its not about how much, its about how many teachings you follow 3)Are you pukka in your amritvela? One of the wishes I have right now 4)Are you doing enough to fight the panj chor? We can only do so much, then comes his Kirpa 5)Are you following what guru sahib ji says? I try 6)Are you reading Sikh history? I could read more 7)Are you learning keertan? Yes, with his kirpa 8)Are you doing santhyaa? No comment 9)Are you doing gatka/shastar vidya abhyaas? I havnt learned yet 10)Are you doing enough seva for the panth? Vaheguru.
