our music culture with the likes of Honey Singh Jazzy B, Amrit Saab has helped negatively influence the Punjabi youth. their songs are mostly about women, daru, so called swag, money, they do no present themselves in a good manner in the way they dress and by their body language

I cannot see Hinduism growing almost UK Hindu's as it has with Sikhs. there is no network and commitment in place for it. Hinduism in India will change over the coming years aswell.

with Gujaratis they have firm community spirit and will help each other out, they are a tight-knit group. Punjabi Hindus' in the UK are already a minority, have little culture connection with Hinduism and are already divided by cast divide. If a Hindu Punjabi is lost in life who do they turn to ? there is not much of Hindu sangat. The pundits in Mandirs will not offer advice, instead, they will read your hand and say "we can perform this pooja and your life will be better but it will cost you £600" its a con. these pundits are in it to make money. Mandirs are run like a business than a place of worship. Hinduism is an umbrella term for many different types of faith that have been brushed together. it is not one big faith. there are many different types of Hindu's who have different weddings, believes and culture. plus Hindusims has been distorted over the years. these idols that are worshipped can also become house decoration ornaments.I have seen pictures of Ganesh as DJ, Hunuman doing bench presses so its pretty hypocritical system. on one hand, it is serious worshipping of on the other its gets turned into a comical character. Sikhism, on the other hand, is growing in the Uk almost Sikhs because of youtube channels such as basics of Sikhi who explain aspects of beliefs of Sikhism in English. their a growing Sikh Sangat support group. Sikhism has structure, rules and one united belief system. Hinduism does not. the one rule Hindu's have to follow is not to eat beef. in the UK Hindu's can't even do that lol

I am yet to come across a religious young Hindu in the UK. The Hindu youth identify themselves more towards their ethnic background i.e Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi etc. They cannot relate themselves to Hinduism. The only difference between the common English folks in the UK and Hindu's in the UK is most Hindus youth still believe in God whereas English folks are more complete atheists.

People of India very state minded they care more about their state then their country especially people Maharastra. its a poor mindset which is why India is so divided. . a fair point we should focus on maintaining relations with all faiths and not just Hindu-Sikh. However Hindu 's and Sikhs share a commonality as they both Dharmic faiths along with Jain and Buddist. well you must come across as labelling all Hindu under one brush. Makundu Gudawara is also a unique Gurdwara because of proximity with the wildlife of Kenaya. a Lion often comes and rests in front of the Gurdwara. plus it has a great design. The Kalasingha's are well off in Kenya and have no desires to come to the west. Kenya's economy is actually on the rise .
