    WJKK WJKF If you are really sick and are not able to do nitnem, just listen to the nitnem. Do an ardas to Guru Sahib saying that you are not able to do nitnem because of your sickness and Guru Sahib will forgive you. Guru Sahib is Bakshan har and is very understanding so don't worry. Make sure to start reading nitnem after you get better. Hope you get well soon! WJKK WJKF
