See that's what I'm saying. Both got killed for claiming a lifestyle that they weren't fully about. One thing about Sidhu though, that man emptied out a clip on those guys. Props to him.

Poetic genius, sure. But man... He wasn't the brightest. Imagine being from out of town, claiming a Compton Blood Gang (MOB Piru) then proceeding to jump a notorious Compton Crip Gang Member, Baby Lane from SouthSide Compton Crip, and getting popped. I've heard it's a mix. Similar to how the BC gangs operate. You'll have Hindus and Sikh guys in the same gang where they just rock with each others' culture. As @Premi5showed above with Bishnoi wearing the Sant Ji T-Shirt.

All I'm going to say is that Panjab's criminal underground/syndicates is/are the real deal. Those boys don't play around. They lit Sidhu up with some serious firepower. Apparently that specific assault rifle is one that isn't even issued to the Indian military, meaning it had to be smuggled into Panjab.

Interesting. The reason why I'm saying around the 70s, is because my Mom was telling me all about when the modern Kurta Pajama first dropped into Panjab. Prior, everyone just wore chadras and those kurtas with shorts.

Styles were basically either rocking a chadra or just a Kurta with a kachera or shorts underneath. Resembles the bana.

Yea, I believe the woman was the granddaughter of Baba Khem Singh Bedi right? She got married off and lived in Thoha Khalsa in the Rawalpindi district. That specific area was infamous for the events that took place there in 47. Just overall a sad story.

If anyone wants an update on this issue, the Akal Takht issued an appeal for the panth to use and do prakash of larivaar saroops. Also, they said that within 2 years the Harmonium will be completely removed from Sri Harmandir Sahib and only puratan instruments along with Raag Kirtan will return.
