The line you are referring to is from a Rehitnama, Bhai Desa Singh, I think. There is line From Sri Dasam Granth Sahib which means with weapons and hair recognise yourself as a sheep. I'm sure Jassa can tell us more, but line you want is a Rehitnama

I agree with you fully Eshani but on your part of mentioning Phoola as a Nihang, not one Dal in India recognises him as one, he is a Nang, one dressed in Bana of Nihang, but acting not with acts of a Sikh, so at that one point I urge and request you do not mention Phoolas name with Guru Ji's Ladlee Fauj.
