Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh The looks on the kids faces when they saw so many Singhs (Older brothers) was a nice sight. They looked like they had not seen so many Singhs before. We as a Panth again showed how dignified we are and how we are happy to let the authorities deal with the situation, so long as it is dealt with. The added pressure definatley will help.

Why dont you do this then? Why are you only talking about it? If you feel so strongly then go deal with it. The decision has been made by akal takht so we have to accept it and move on, unless you have some other proof that you could put the the akal takht. The British Library did not preserve the Saroops, Sri Akal Purakh did! The British Colonisits probaby stole or were gifted the Saroops as treasures. Let's not think the Saroop were kept by them out of compassion for the Sikh religion. The British Library would probably treat any old manusript in the same way! you are right baaji. i studied history agree. it is upto god not people to preserve.

i am just a mona sikh and not really practising. it is my first post but i have been reading and learning for a while. i totally agree that this is not a good practise. guru granth sahib ji should be respected properly. we as sikhs shud raise our voice and not be shy to deal with this. i cant belive that people would miss the fact that this is a disrespect.
