  1. Even if she was sleeping with more than one guy, I still wouldn't snap in the same way this evil man did. He had no love for his daughter.
  2. This is the first time I’ve heard ‘clean chit’ as I’m hardly ever in the company of Indians, and I’m very glad for that. Can’t believe they would even think to use that at work.
  3. That's actually quite freakishly true. But you'd think there would have been some signs before i.e. was he already an abusive control freak? Anyone can pretend to be a “kind” individual, but when you live with them in the same household; their flaws are easily seen.
  4. Coming from the family she is from, yes she should have been more careful and aware of the consequences of her actions, particularly whilst living under her parents roof. It should have been quite obvious to her that her father was an intolerant maniac. No one can switch from being a peaceful "religious" individual to a nutty murderer.
  5. But it is strange that you were more keen to mention the girl's faults rather than her father. And it's singhni miripiri.
  6. Really?! Do you think it's appropriate to pick on the faults of a dead child whose actions were nothing as bad as her father?! I wouldn't be surprised if many Sikhs think in the same way of that creep Muslim father even if they don't act on it.
  7. Just like any other girl vlogging. Don't see what the point is of this topic?
  8. I also use my mobile. Use the image tags below: [IMG= image url ]
  9. I agree, there are many people that still have a very child-like mind.
  10. Where did you get this from? I've known people affiliated to a jatha supporting Jagraj Singh. What causes division is when people become so engrossed in their beliefs that they begin to lack understanding of different people outside of it. Your thinking is identical to a non-religious person saying religion causes division. No, it’s not; it is people's attitude and lack of respect that does. Personally, I do not even associate myself with any sikh even though I believe in certain practices from a jatha. I respect Jagraj Singh regardless, but even if Jagraj Singh was affiliated to a jatha, I still would not be crowing about him from the roof-tops. In your mentality, how do you explain a sikh like myself that has a strong admiration for other cultures/people outside of sikhi? It makes no sense.
  11. I copy and paste the image url in image tags :D
  12. Use image tags: [IMG= paste url here ]
  13. I've seen this and that's what I don't understand. Why do some people desperately want to be some sort of 'saintly' figure to others? To me that's a very lonely life. In terms of sikhi, I'd be more worried about what vaheguru thinks of me ;A;
  14. I agree but I don't think anyone has professed being a brahmgiani?
  15. Someone committing a bujjar kurehit is a step too far but to express normal human qualities is likely to occur even if they are experiencing naam as they still possess houmai, so that doesn't make them a gurmukh. :D
  16. Jugraj singh is trying to preach sikhi to others. Gurbani also talks about these similar experiences, so he is simply explaining the reality of naam.Some people talk about ras, that doesn't actually mean they are experiencing ras. It is an inner body experience. And even if they did, ras is beginner stages in naam. It is loving bond created with guru sahib and vaheguru that is real achievement in sikhi. Forum members are not perving on people's problems, they are helping them. So a gurmukh/gursikh cannot talk to people. We are in modern times where we now have different means of communication. Should we throw our mobiles away too. Personally, I wouldn't trust those individuals that put on a 'holy' act.
  17. Exactly! It is a strange attitude, people should get their priorities right. I do not like games like Grand theft auto, how does someone take enjoyment out of being a criminal? Would it be acceptable to allow rape in the game because that too is a criminal act?! Maybe it is not as worse but it is all vile criminal behaviour. It was a funny joke, I wish I had got it the first time ,___, In regards to the comment made about harming certain individuals, see below: http://www.sikhsangat.com/index.php?/topic/77843-disturbing-videos-from-punjab/
  18. What anyone experiences through naam is something personal between themselves and vaheguru. Nobody can expect you to believe anything as there's no way to prove it to you. Gurbani teaches us to experience naam so experience it for yourself rather than being quick to judge others. And nobody speaks to gore about any of this.
