I jus wanted to know whether their are any gyls hu do weight trainin...cuz i do..and i jus wanted to know how many times a week do u do it..or do u do it daily..cuz i do it daily..but i get really lazy sum times..cuz we turned our shed into a gym and it gets really cold out side...so i like leave it for like a week or somat then start again....i really wana stik to it and stop bein lazy... and 1 more thing...how many weights do u pick up?...teh big 1 i pick up is about 15kg..and the smal 1 is about 6kg...can u tell me is that too much or wt?? :wub: cuz i dont wana pick up too much incase of injury.. :wub: iv bin doin weight trainin for about 2 years now...but like i said b4 am really lazy..so not exactly built up yet.. plzz help me.. Gurfateh... Hanji..we have a gym at our gurdwara..well its not exactly gurdwara now...but it used to years ago....commity turned it into a propa gym..with weights...god knows how many...we have gatka class there aswel..enough pple cum... we learn things like....boxin, gatka, do weight trainin aswel sumtimes but apparently sum1's bought the gym now... :lol: so we'r gunna have to look for a new place....i hope its better than this gym and bigger... well with guru ji's kirpa we'l find a better place..
