    When to workout?

    Hi, so I’ve been doing a quick workout first thing and then getting ready but this morning I felt so bad that I was loosing time during Amrit vela, although I’m doing paat whilst exercising. What do I do? Wake up earlier so I don’t feel guilty or should I workout afterwards? The only time I can fit it in is morning before 6:30 or after 8:30pm which is close to bedtime.

  7. Hi All, I have been a monah for the majority of my life but recently (around a year ago) with Maharaj Kirpa, I started keeping my Kesh. When I was younger I used to train in various martial arts including MMA & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but due to a combination of injuries, studies and laziness (probably the largest factor) I stopped training. I am now looking to get back into martial arts and would like advice on what to wear to keep my Kesh tidy and covered whilst grappling? Thanks

  9. If you or you know loved ones ill on health it may be ideal to try Swami Ramdev, a well renowned Yoga master (yeah yeah we all know him) in India. The Vilaum nirom (think it's called) is a form of breathing exercise where you close one side of nose, inhale deeply, then press other side of nose and exhale.   18. WJKK WJKF, Hope your all good. I wanted to share a problem of mine which is frustrating me. Im happy with my body apart from my arms and shoulders. The main problem is that they have become quite thin , causing me to feel weak and anorexic. In addition to this, i am also having trouble getting rid of my stomach fat. I need urgent advice on how to add muscle/fat to my arms and shoulders. I am currently undertaking Boxing and MMA lessons and need to know what exercises/cardio workouts i can do to get mass on my arms and shoulders. I am unable to use the gym aswell due to financial difficultie
