  1. Ideally a sikh shud eat in Sarbloh utensils. But if it's not possible, we shud eat in pittal utensils as it has many health benefits. Eating in steel or aluminium utensils has many harmful effects.
  2. Non Stick tawa and fryers do come cheaper than normal iron or sarbloh iron. They can easily be washed from stains compared to normal iron. Unfortunately, they are indeed toxic to the health. Does anyone have anger issues or feel super/ psycho unpredictable? But it's common? First thing, GET RID OF NON STICK APPLIANCES! Replace them with normal iron. From experience, nobody ever told me about this. But my wife got normal tawa and fryer to use. I noticed it's been a month since I did not get my usual internal anger. Now it's two months. But only last week Someone mentioned about the poisonous, toxic of using NON stick appliances. And I thought... Did I ever experience anything as such, having used Non stick for last 8-10 years??? EUREKA! It dawned on me. My anger issues I used to get. DISCLAIMER: External factors too can be cause of anger issues OR other constant health problems. But if it's too much or unhealthy obsession, try replacing Non stick with normal iron.

  5. The Gateway to Hell - Sri Sarbloh Guru Granth Sahib ਗਰਬ ਬੁਰਾ ਨਰਕ ਕਾ ਦ੍ਵਾਰਾ ਯਾਂ ਤੇ ਬਚਿ ਕਰਿ ਚਲਿਯੈ ॥ The Ego; this evil is the gateway to hell, tread carefully to avoid it. ਗਰਬ ਘਨੇ ਘਰ ਘਾਲੇ ਮਨ ਰੇ ਗਰਬ ਕਰ ਦੋਜਖ ਗਲਿਯੈ ॥ Oh Mind! Egoism has destroyed countless households, being egotistic has burned many in hell. ਦੇਵ ਅਦੇਵ ਗਰਬ ਕਰ ਪਚਗੇ ਗਰਬ ਕਰ ਕਬਹੁ ਨ ਫਲਿਯੈ ॥ Both the Gods and Demons while engaging with their ego were destroyed, by engaging in Ego one never flourishes. ਨਰ ਬਪੁਰੇ ਕਿਹ ਮਾਹਿ ਕਹਾਵਤੁ ਗਰਬ ਔਤਾਰਨ ਛਲਿਯੈ ॥ What can I say about these dejected people? sarbloh bibek q's

a lot of questions. many sarbloh bibeki singhs and bibian have told me their diets and i dont quite understand how they can do certain things if sarbloh bibek states you must only eat and drink out of food prepared and served from utensils of sarbloh and only from rehiti amritdhari gursikhs 1) how can you drink milk if it prepared in factories obv not by amritdharis and prepared in huge machines not made of sarbloh and stored in plastic bottles in supermarkets where just about all sikhs will by their dudh from? 2) how can you drink water if it is prepared using all these chemicals and in all these factories and is served through a non sarbloh tap that is not using sarbloh and not prepared by rehit amritdharis 3) how can you make roti if the atta that we get from the shops is stored in cardboard/paper bags and prepared and sorted by non-rehit non-amritdharis 4) how can you eat bread if again as above it doesn't follow that conduct the same thing with nuts (served in plastic bags), butter and you could even argue parshad in a gurdwara?
  8. Does anyone use sand to clean sarbloh on a daily basis? If so, how do you do it without blocking drains etc.? I would really like to know the process you follow. Please no comments on using lemons/citric acid since it is not traditionally used and can dissolve the sarbloh. Also the citric acid crystals are likely from GM corn/sugar beets and contain harmful chemicals like MSG so I want to use sand. Look forward to hearing your answers. Thank you!
  9. Where can I buy sarbloh utensils in Canada or UK. Batteh, spoons etc
  10. To quote a portion: 'The seven years, from 1708-1716, which chart the meteoric rise and execution of Banda Singh Bahadur are a testament to the rugged individualism and grit of the Sikhs. They reflect a prominent pattern of Sikh history viz. the ascent, descent and the re-ascent of the Khalsa over it’s foes. As memories of June 1984 loom ever closer, it would be prudent for Sikhs worldwide to reflect upon the revolutions of both Banda and the Sikhs of ’84 and attempt to identify the similarities in both. It is a given that no two movements can ever be fully compared or even contrasted, but a general consensus can always be agreed upon vis-a-vis their effect and ultimate conclusion. The forced demise of Banda Singh’s revolution did not put it’s spirit to sleep; rather it only bolstered the Sikh spirit and the Khalsa continued it’s struggle for sovereignty and religious freedom in the wilderness of the Punjab. Post-’84, the Sikhs failed to derive inspiration from their past and rather focused solely upon the trauma of ’84. As such, their history was brought to a premature conclusion on the events of the aforementioned period. One need only imagine what the result would have been if the post-Banda Sikhs had focused solely upon their treatment at the hands of the Mughals, rather than taking any conducive steps towards preserving themselves from such atrocities in the future.' https://tisarpanthdotcom.wordpress.com/2016/06/03/the-stalwarts-revolution/

    Sarbloh Bibek

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Je Ki Fateh I have some questions on Sarbloh Bibek. 1. What Banis should to recite when cooking? 2. Does Sarbolh Granth come in Sarbloh Bibek 3. Say if you are travel are you allowed to cook you food in a sarbolh bata then pack it in a plastic container but eat it out of the bata when you need it. Thank you in advance Jee Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Je Ki Fateh:)
  13. VJKK VJKF I spent a few days with a few very chardi kala Singh's who convinced me to start eating natural from only sarbloh. I want to start but I'm going to slowly build up the rehat because I think it will be tough just jumping into things. The biggest and only problem is I'm 16 so I live with my parents who aren't amrit dhari, I can cook for myself but I don't know what to do when going to someone's house where I could be pushed to eat roti. A few other questions I had are, is it ok to eat langar at the Gurdwara out of steel plates where sarbloh isn't available or would it be better to skip langar in that situation? Can I just clean the batay with sand or should I use something else? VJKK VJKF

  19. Please feel free to correct and criticise me, I just listened to these two kathas and was impressed with the knowledge displayed. http://www.manglacharan.com/2011/05/chandi-pargat-hona-katha-by-giani-baba.html However I do not understand Shakti, was that Akal Purakh in one of his forms? I also do not understand the bit regarding Mata Sahib Kaur Ji. Is Akal Purakh's shakti in Kirpan? Hence is Kirpan chandi? How do we, in Gurmat, view Durga? How does our view of Chandi and Durga differ from Hinduism?
  20. it’s well understood that sarabloh holds naam well. hence the washing or guru gobind singh jis shastar and the drinking of that amrit. However cotton malas resemble the hairs (rom) that are god given to all humans for the kamaaee of naam. Doing simran 50 billion billion times a second is what rom rom simran is as, there are this many hairs on the human body (what a gift!). I understand that guruji says let all my hairs become my mala etc... and kanth ramaneea raam raam mala (my throat is my mala).... and also that u don’t need a mala to jup naam .. ! but!! I want to talk about the ‘mala side’ of things.. if this makes sense. So I guess my topic of debate is, when doing simran, which mala is best to use? (From the angle of a comparative viewpoint of sarabloh malas and cotton malas) Don’t knock the topic if u don’t like, jus don’t post!
