and when jamdoots saw the singhs jamdoots were scared and said to each other "ETHON NI JANA, ETHE GURU KE JAA RAHE NE".

There is a greattt Hadh-Beetee..life story..about a Jamdoot that Bhai Sahb Bhai Jiwan Singh Ji told sangat in BC. The story went like this... Bhai Sahb was traveling with Bhai Sahb Bhai Randhir Singh Ji and the Jatha to a Smagm and they stopped in a town where the townspeople rudely directed them to a "Haunted House"..a house were a ghost was known to kill anyone who slept in. As the Singhs fell asleep the first night, a loud knock on the door was heard and once opening the door, a ghost appeared. The Ghost told the Singh that his life had not been peacefully ended and his Aatmaa..soul was still lingering and he also said that the Singhs had the ability to clear his soul and put it to rest. He told the Singhs to hold an Akhand Paath and leave Degh in the hallway if as a sign that his soul was gone.. A clear soul has no need to eat and lives on the divine Naam. The Singhs decided to hold an Akhand Paath (What Gurrrmukhs!!) After 2 Akhand Paaths (One had a unshowered Paathi doing kirtan...the Divvaan in BC was held during an Akhand Paath and Bhai Sahb wanted to stress the importance of cleanliness of the Paathis), the Preth was freed from his soul and was granted enterance at Akaal Purakhs iron gates.
