Compuer Mic To Speaker Live

Does anybody know how to setup live voice through computer mic to computer speakers. Same way how they have setup speakers at the Gudwara Sahibs. I want to try doing Nitnem through computer mic to speakers. :

Assuming you are using windows xp, follow these steps:

1. Double click the speaker icon in the bottom right next to the time (if you cannot see this then you need to go to control panel, sounds and enable the 'place volume control on taskbar' option)
   
2. This will open up the mixer panel.
   
3. Put a tick in the mic section
   

Make sure the mic is not too close to the speakers because you will get feedback otherwise

Whats next after 3. step? What prorgram should I open to run live voice from mic to speaker? I already checked checkmark for mic vol
