I am curious as to what the response would be if I would ask what the top 20 ideals/rules/practices a Sikh woman should follow.

Try and give specific things, beyond 'being nice/supportive/well mannered'.

Also, how (if at all) do these differ from the important ideals/roles/practices etc of Sikh men?

It's all the same, Guru Mahraj gave Sikh Men/Women equal commandments. There is no difference between the way Women should act in differ to Men. The only difference is the sex.
