from what i have been taught, waheguru waheguru waheguru is different to naam.

any <banned word filter activated> like me can say waheguru, but its not naam because you have to get rid of the 5 sins in the body. then can you get naam. its gurmantr.

now naam is the actual name of god, read the sidh gosht, that will say everything. i dont know what page its on in sggs. but its there. its a convo with guru ji and sidhs. it also tells you how to reach god.
