Did Mohammed Ever Said This Regarding Guru Nanak Devji ?

A few years back , an amritdhari gursikh told me that once Muhammad said "Had I come 900 years later in this world , I would have had darshan of God ( Guru Nanak)" because Guru Nanak were born almost 900 years after muhammad ...

how true is this ?

there are muslim texts referring to the coming of Guru Nanak Dev Ji - but i have never heard of this....the prophet Mohammed also came before Sant Harnam Singh Rampurkherawale

I doubt if this is true. If it was anywhere it would be in a Haddith.

Sometimes some of our more enthusiastic brothers produce such narratives in a burst of 'piousness'. These then get transmitted as if they were true.

I don't need any prophecy from Mohammad (or anybody else) to validate or raise Baba Nanak's status in my mind.
