How To Say To Panj Pyaare

Well this is a big problem for most people in the world, just because you have taken amrit doesn't mean it will stop, which it should but thats another topic. The best thing you can do is get a routine where your doing 3-4 hours simran aday, I had a similar issue but with a Gur Mukhs graces i over came it. Like the last thing you wana do is go Pesh and then in 3 months go again coz you committed that sin again as Peshy isnt a Joke or is taking amrit.

But if its your 1st time this has happened and its your 1st time going pesh then go for it, just say "Merto kaam di Galthi Hogi", as the issue isnt the act which Kaam makes you do, its Kaam which is the source of the problem, and its this which the Punj Piarai should tackle, if what they tell you works then its Guru Kirpa and you have your answer but if it doesnt then do as i stated worked for me.

Thank u veero, so saying to panj 'metho kaam di galti hogi' covers the masturbation sin? Will they know what i mean?

As i said the problem isnt the Act of masturbation, the underlining problem is Kaam, the punj piaaria should be able to give you a quick fix to solve this problem. So you dont end up making the same mistakes again.

I have the same problem, once every three months it comes back. I try to bhagti and when it feels like its gone it comes back, i can't seem to wake up Amrit Vela anymore which makes me feel like not doing Nitnem because i feel like a faliure to Guru Sahib and very sad like heart broken like i got no more Amrit in me, i'm trying to train myself back being a gursikh again and i will take pesh when i fully am, is this alright.

Yea Baji thats the cycle, once we stop doing Simran then Kaal/Punj Choor slowly start creeping back in, its not a cycle that cant be broken, with Gurus grace once you have come to the stage of no involuntary thoughts Guru shaib Bakshish you with Naam and other gifts which Cement your State of mind, and with guidance from Gur Mukhs you can pass in to Vahegurus desh, to find a Gur Mukh that has a practical jevean who speaks and see's Vaheguru is the hardest thing to find in this world, Guru shiab says there are 1 in 100,000,000
